“I've never donated blood before, so coming in I was quite nervous, but the ladies here did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable.Mary helped me through the check-in process, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly. She assured me I was in good hands, and not to worry about anything.Once i went back to the donor area, they had plenty of goodies to keep my energy and hydration up while I waited. My wife was allowed to come back with me to the waiting area as well, and although she wasn't able to donate due to being anemic, they treated her with the same kindness as me.After waiting just a few minutes, my donor tech Joana called me back. She explained everything throughly, brought me some ice packs to keep my neck cool, and went over her experiences as a tech. I was very surprised at how well she performed the venipuncture since she had only been doing it for 2 years, and with this being her first job as a phlebotomy tech. I've had seasoned nurses stick me with 18 gauge needles where I almost passed out from the pain, but Joana was a pro, because I didn't feel it at all!As a seasoned phlebotomist and emt, I have to give this place cred, because it was the cleanest, most professional experience I've had in a while. As for the donation, I did feel a little weak afterwards, but they made sure I was safe, and that I sit for a while to rehydrate before leaving. I also had a small knot on my arm after I left, but I typically do that with larger bore needles, and it went away after using an ice pack. Overall it was a great experience, and I get to save a life in the process! I will definitely be back when my next appointment is due.”
“This place was a gem!! The ladies there are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I found me a pair of brand new Adidas for $10. $7.50 with a coupon!! They have some really cool items, just gotta look!! ♥️ Y'all ladies!!! My mom told me that they are all volunteers, which added to the magic!!”
“Had a wonderful experience there today. It was my first time in the store. There was a lady who workes there who helped me out a lot. She showed me the different areas of the store,explained the concept of what they do. She was so helpful. The store was very organized into sections and clean. The cashiers name was one i would not forget because its also the name of my daughter...Leslie! High praises for this lady! I will definitely be back!!”

“I had a great experience with them. I had no idea who to turn to when DV happened to me and my daughter. We received counseling & while I was hoping for legal services as well the office is a little disorganized and never heard anything back after following up many times which is why I have 4 stars instead of 5. But if you’re someone in need they do their best to help you.”

“Love the friendly staff. I hope they will take a second look at how the books, CDs and DVDs are labeled with the price tag stickers. More often than not, the newer, larger price stickers cover the titles! No longer can you simply scan the titles to see if there is something that interests you because you can't see the titles. I gave up after a few minutes trying.”
