“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “I'm a fan of the store - prices are absolutely competitive, staff is super friendly and inventory seems to stay pretty full. I *do* wish their jingle was a bit less catchy. It's shocking how often you can find yourself belting out " O O O O'Reilly....auto parts!" for no particular reason. Upon further consideration, that *could* be a me issue.”

“Hands down quality service. I purchased a battery in December and found out today that my battery was bad and was advised to check my warranty to get it replaced. Josh assisted me throughout the entire process, checking to confirm it was bad battery to trading it out and sending me on my way. He was courteous, professional and made light work of something that I would have struggled with. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.”

“I needed help with a coolant leak behind the oil filter. Was told by my Mechanic that a part I need is on back order. I stopped in this place of business and Aaron was able to help me.
