Noon, hot sunny south Texas Sunday…Hot parking lot, my car is DEAD!!! Only one other human contact….he gave me a jump. Stopped at Auto Zone, Duane greeted me, listened, got his meter, confirmed dead battery that was under warranty, suggested I wait in the cool while he changed it out. :) “Snowball” the white Honda is up and running. This shop has served me very well through the years. Thank you for the “small community” service. I know I you will gladly help. :)

Thank you Dwayne for going above and beyond. Called earlier to confirm they had the parts I needed. When we arrived he promptly brought the parts to the counter and asked if we needed help. He then came outside and installed the brake light and the rear wiper blade. I'm so grateful, what a kind and courteous young man!

There's a lady named Stacy at the AutoZone on Fairmont in La Porte she is very professional on what she does.. I've been in several auto parts and when I tell you Stacy will go the extra mile to help someone out if she can't find it this lady takes out her phone and starts Google till she gets it. You will get the right parts all the time with her.

You're better off going to the Autozone on Fairmont in Pasadena. Took my battery to get warrantied. The kid that tried taking my battery off couldn't do it because he got scared when trying to take it off, and sparks came out. They need to do better training on easy things like taking off a battery. After taking the battery off and carrying it inside, they asked if it was commercial, and I said yes. After I said yes, they didn't want to help, not even try to look it up on the computer. Do better.

Awesome service, parts always fit on the 1st try. See Stacy, she will take the best care of you. . With multiple makes and models and multiple vehicles, domestic and foreign, this location is my "go to" store of choice.

Have to give it a one star to leave a review. Had the worst service yesterday from Stacy. She was rude didn’t want to help and to top it off doesn’t know how to check a alternator to see if it’s bad. My alternator supposedly was good and the battery was the issue turns out my battery was good and alternator was the issue after taking it to another auto zone for the same thing.
