I just recently moved here to this area so I am a Walgreens Pharmacy fan, but this one lady named Kristen who was at drive thru around 7:25pm was very rude. I asked Kristen to give me the name of the medicine that was not covered under insurance so I can give her the coupon or if she can help me look it up like most pharmacist does for their customers. Not Kristen she rolled her eyes tells me she can write it down but not look it up. I asked pharmacist before usually looks it up or we compare. She tells me she cannot & I'd have to go back of line with her rude facial features & Very combative demeanor. Clearly she isn't not your top employees but she is at the bottom. Then I has to go to back of drive thru line. So I look up the Good RX coupon and I'm confused due to ML not matching. So I didn't want to be treated like that again by your employee Kristen so I went inside. I and my mother have Covid so I went inside to state my complaint on Kristen to an associate but I'm sure Kristen won't bat an eye. She needs coaching on customer service and maybe being smart when telling ppl who have Covid and go to back of line in drive thru or to go inside. I waited patiently before getting treatment like that. I didn't want to go inside but I'm not going to be treated like that by some young women who isn't great at her job or can't handle the pressure.. She is rude and very unprofessional.

I tried to call them on a Wednesday about 3:30pm. I had 2 employees placing me on hold over and over. I was on hold for 49 minutes while watching TV and finally gave up. I will never have anything filled at Walgreens ever again. We have to many choices to put up with this crap. I hope this store gets shut down permanently. Total incompetence.

This store is the absolute best ever!!! Matt and Jessica ( the only reason I come in is to see them)really go out of their way to help you every single time... Always in the best mood's...always have my.scripts pulled when they see me...they know me and my life as well as them being so friendly and really relate to you..sherry and casey are also awesome.....The panhandles outside the front and behind the dumpsters that come at me, every single time begging... It is quite scary.. Beware of them.... Protect your purse's each and every time I get there, I get hit up at least 3 times, each and EVERY time I go there....

I have to say, this is one of the best Walgreens I have been too for excellent customer service, except for one out of state. The lady at the drive through was a seasoned worker and even with the line this afternoon, she was kind and considerate, and acted as if I were her most important customer. I usually don't use this Walgreens but someone I know started going here because of the great customer service! I can see why!

They don't have it together there,takes too long ,or they don't have what you need, the drive through takes just as long as going in side all the way to the back of the store,they act like your a nusaince for being there.

The service here is horrendous! The kid who was helping me spoke softer than a girl. The other girls were rude, seen smoking outside while the other girls tried to be nice but instead had to rush off. All and all coming to this store has a big mistake.
