Theres a young gentleman that works here, longer hair, always kind and helpful and always offers to help the elderly women that come in if they need it with larger items. I love to see that. he is very kind and i have seen him do this more than a few times. good on you young man, keep up the strong work ethic!

I never write bad reviews, but the woman was SOOO rude!! I waited at the register, and waited while she ignored me. I finally called, "hello" and she said, "I'm standing right here!", NOT "I'll be right with you." or any acceptable response from an adult. Rolled her eyes and went back to taking pictures. I asked her if she was having a bad day when she finally came to the register and she told me she didn't have to put up with me and to leave. Believe me, I have NO INTENTIONS of being served by her!! (The night people are great, I see them daily!!) This woman was obscene!!

The Assistant manager Amy is a liar first of all because when I asked to speak to the manager she lied n told me she was the manager. When her badge literally says assistant manager. That’s the first thing. But what makes matters worse is she said I slammed my ID on the counter after I told her I had arthritis in my hand, and that I had a family member in the hospital that’s why I was rushing n that I didn’t mean to slam it if I did . So after taking …I don’t know about a whole minute or two to look at my birthdate I looked at her and said ma’am, I am 34 years old.And I guess because I was trying to help her find my age on my ID it offended her and she refused service me and my daughter whom was in the car sick and really needed Gatorade/electrolytes right then due to her medical conditions. I will be contacting HR also so hopefully we can get her out of there because we do not need liars and uncaring workers.

So I went and tried to get a beer I get to the counter this mf was rudeshe said you have an ID I said no she said well you can't buy no beer then so then I sent my friend to go get it then she told him he's third party buying it for me never again I hate rude people everywhere I go somebody just don't like me idk why and I never need an ID card at any other store but Circle k nah I'm good and they too expensive imdone

Assistant Manager Amy never honors displayed prices. Had her ring up like 5 different items displayed at a lower price, but rang up significantly higher. 12 packs of mountain dew, wouldn't honor price. Sunkist wouldnt honor price displayed, seven up wouldn't honor displayed price. Eventually I just gave up and got an over priced polar pop. Awful experience lugging around 12 packs of soda for her to continue texting and not honor displayed prices. Classic Circle K experience.

Customer service is terrible. No body greets you and you have to wait for them to be ready to check you out even if you wait for 5 min. You say hello and they give you a dirty look for having a life and not being able to wait for them to come to the front. Also had a very rude lady tell me it’s not her job to wait at the cash register even tho that’s solely her job for customer service. So rude and next time I will not hesitate to be extra rude back. I get they don’t get paid much but just because you have a bad day doesn’t mean you need to make every customer have a bad day as well
