“(For rcc in Galveston) 4 stars. I was in an awful situation and staff I felt had my safety as their priority as well as looking after me during my stay. We got two hot meals a day, a bag of basic necessities, a bed and shower, as well as storage. All kinds of people come through and I felt on edge but overall respectful. Staff made sure my face wasn’t in photos and made sure I was with someone by my side or safe. Jazmin a staff and Courtney were wonderful people. Laurie was overworked, bless her heart, but she really cared for the people there. Mrs Rosa was kind to me and well spoken. I felt taken seriously and my needs accommodated for. Only complains I have is that some other people felt under heard or not taken seriously enough. Some staff seemed overworked and some people in help felt a bit rushed or dismissed by some. Overall it was an amazing place. Staff even brought candies and fudge trays. The food and snacks were good imo. Communications between Staff did feel discombobulated and lead to some hiccups but I know everyone is trying their best. Thank you for saving me. -AJ”
“I bought a pair of tennis shoes that clearly had an issue where the material was shedding and were marked at $20. Erika, the cashier saw the issue and took the initiative to have the shoes marked down to $4.99. I really appreciate when an employee looks out for me, the customer.”

“limited but decent selection. Not many options for kids. Always check out the shoes, they have nice options. Cashier was warm & friendly. She spoke highly of the seamless bras. I got 2 for $25 & they did not disappoint.”
