Got bad gas. 2024 jeep wrangler being towed back to enterprise. I tried to call to inform them and no one answers. If this was my own car I’d be throwing things and being pissed.

This is the second time this gas station steals my money and doesn’t refund it. Not only does it place a hold on my card but it doesn’t return the funds either. That’s not good business. Especially to hear employees say this happens to alot of people! Some of us can’t afford to lose money. Now I have to wait tillMonday for someone to respond regarding this issue but it took 26.81. Now I will have no gas.

Fix y’all’s pumps, this is the second time I put my fuel rewards number in and the pump freezes up, cancels my transaction, and when I try my number again my cents off is gone

This Shell gas station /Timewise was very clean, organized & had great prices! I bought 3 Celsius drinks for $9. The discount automatically came off. I didn't have to micromanage the transaction & make sure I got my discount. Wendy was fantastic! She greeted me when I walked in, told me about a Shell Fuel Rewards promo that would help me save $ on gas when she assisted me w my transaction & most importantly was a nice person to talk to! Gas prices are a nightmare right now but at least nice cashiers like Wendy make it a little less painful! Thank you Wendy!

We forgot our masks and went into buy some and we’re charged over $3 a piece for blue throw away paper masks. We reported them to the state for price gouging.
