Idk why there’s so many rude old lady’s in this place. I came here to purchase items one of the working lady aggressively took my kids toy off his hand. Karen’s in here don’t come support. Mostly if u have small kids please watch out.

limited but decent selection. Not many options for kids. Always check out the shoes, they have nice options. Cashier was warm & friendly. She spoke highly of the seamless bras. I got 2 for $25 & they did not disappoint.

The place has gone downhill since Mrs Amber left. When she was here , everything was great and it was once my favorite place to go to. Now, the staff there are rude and there's hardly anything to purchase. I miss mrs amber....

Was my favorite store to shop for resale. I adore the staff despite the super high turnover. One volunteer, in particular, stole both my friend's and my hearts. This young man had volunteered 5 days a week for 19 years. He has special needs both cognitive and physical, but was there no matter what with a huge welcoming smile. Unfortunately due to his disability, he fell into a clothing rack and knocked over another staff. It was truly a once-in-20-year accident and the corporate staff decided he was no longer allowed to serve at the store. So they fired a dedicated cheerful and faithful volunteer of 19 years for a single accident that caused no injury nor damage as they deemed him a liability. I am happy to say a local coffee shop saw his amazing disposition and have taken him on as their new helper. Sometimes our image can be placed before purpose and when it does that very image that was coveted is tarnished anyway. Try and remember to accept others as being exactly who God intended them to be. Smile everyone is fighting their own battle too. And if you choose to dismiss the good it could benefit the rest to coach the ones left on friendliness. Some (2) of the staff appear to have no customer service experience, barking, or snapping at everyone in obvious outward displays of continuous aggravation. To me it seems this behavior is more a detriment than someone accidentally tripping and falling. But again this is merely the opinion of a single avid customer looking from the outside in. Still shop here and still love all the staff even the prickly ones.

I came here to see if they had a blanket. I sleep in my car and its pretty cold at night. The place was pretty bare on any type of fabric, clothing, no blankets. The lady at register was nice. I was told to try asking them in back...went and knocked and the short hair lady who answered the door was completly rude. Told me the clothes lady was off come back tomorrow without even looking for me. This place is suppose to help female victims of abuse. Well iam homeless because of abuse. So with the lady not even checking its going to be a cold night.
