“Kaleb was fantastic! I was browsing the jewelry section when he kindly approached me to see if I needed help. He opened the case and patiently allowed me to try on different pieces for over 30 minutes, never showing any sign of frustration or rushing me. I eventually purchased a beautiful James Avery bracelet. I was so impressed with the service that I recommended the shop to my mom, and Kaleb provided her with the same excellent assistance. Highly recommend this pawnshop and Kaleb’s wonderful customer service!”

He’s very reasonable had a great sense of humor and would definitely be missed but other than that I must say the new owner/manager is super intelligent very nice very willing to talk and negotiate and help you out, as much as possible ! An over all treat people with respect and that’s what people like , treat others the way you like to be treated and they definitely do that. There’s no judgment in this easy cash ! I’ve been going to this place for many years and I’ve never once been unsatisfied when I walked out of the door.
