“My grandson was visiting when his phone stopped charging. We stopped in an AT&T store to see if he could fix it. He told us a lot of info. about the phone but confessed he didn't know how to fix it. He gave us the address of an apple store in a local mall.”
“Came in this store to switch over from sprint. They were friendly and super helpful. I ended up having to go back in the next day to return my new iPhone and port my number back to sprint because AT&T doesn't service where we were moving to. They were still really nice about the whole thing. Then AT&T messed up my bill big time and I called the local La Marque store and left a message and they actually called me back and cleared up my issue right away! This is such great customer service. Best cell phone store I've been in. Sprint was horrid and I hate that I had to go back to them. Thanks to Johan the store manager for being on his game.”
