I have been coming to Magic Cuts for years now and have always been satisfied with the service and attitude of the owner, Maria. She has always been very professional and courteous. I have been reading the negative comments left by some customers and can not believe the negativity and complaints. Every one deserves a second chance, take your loved ones back, ask for Maria-I bet your expectations will be met,then comment on your experience on the service you and your loved ones have received.

I have been going to Maria 19 years ! I first meet her before she got her own shop ! She cut my 4 year old sons hair way back then ! He is now 23 ! She always does a great job ! She's kind compassionate and caring and always does what I ask ! She's the one to ask for when you go she will do a wonderful job !

Took my 2 year old to get hair cut. The lady never tried to make conversation with him to make him feel better or even ever smiled. Asked me to hold his head and told me he wasn't supposed to look in the mirror all she wanted me to do was hold his head. Couldn't finish because he wasn't being very cooperative. It's sad when customer service is your business and that's how a person is treated. I pay the paycheck and there is also other stylists and other businesses in the same parking lot-- I won't be back.

If i could leave zero stars i would. Took my 3 year old to get his hair cut and he looked like he was about to cry. He was being very well behaved but the lady kept jerking his head and saying horrible mean things to him. He is a 3 yr old child. How many 3 yr olds will stay perfectly still for a haircut. It's pathetic the way she talked to him and it made me more than just angry. I will NEVER go back there again. Don't waste your money especially if you're bringing your child there because they obviously haven't delt with many children.

Lady that cut son's hair was very rude. He asked if she could cut it shorter, and she rudely said "that will be another $14, that's why i asked you how short from the start" This was his first and last trip there. Why do businesses hire such rude and impolite people.
