Where should I begin? First off if you cannot fix a vehicle be honest and let the consumer know before you decide to rack up unnecessary charges. God forbid if you tell Eric you’ll have someone else fix it if he can’t. This was said and he locked the vehicle in the back of his shop.1) A reputable mechanic will let you know of the charges before he begins the work on your vehicle.2) The vehicle came back with more wrong with it than it did going in.3) A real mechanic will have you sign for the work to be done and agree on the amount to be Paid.4) Hundreds of dollars later the vehicle still wasn’t fixed. He will begin work on another vehicle and kick yours to the side then Promise to have yours out within a week and 3 months later he hasn’t even fixed your vehicle.So $1000 later he demands Payment on the vehicle that wasn’t fixed.I still have to put it in the shop to be fixed.If you come across this smooth talking guy run as fast as you can!He is a crook!!!!!!!!

He was very helpful and he was so nice. Very affordable prices! He didn't even want us to come out of pocket at first he tried helping us figure out the problem and fixing it ourselves. 100% would recommend.

this place literally stole my mother in laws car! she dropped the car off last April to have the transmission fixed we were given a 3 day time frame Eric Gomez "drop it off Monday you will have it back Wednesday" his exact words. had beed in contact with him about the vehicle first was he thought it wasn't the transmission it was a computer issue so he took it upon him self to replace the compute. when that didn't work he then said he can't fix the vehicle for the price he gave us because it was a 4x4 mind you he's had the vehicle 5 months at this poi and before we dropped the vehicle off he had the vin # so there was No way it was overlooked especially since he claimed he replaced the computer. when we asked to pick up the vehicle he claimed it wasn't in driving order anymore after the fact we drove it to him to be dropped off. now he is telling me the car was fixed and left on the side of the road for us to pick up it's gone now! never once did he call with a bill or anything this man robbed a 60 year old woman for her car she was trying to get fixed DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN HES A THIEF AND LIAR!

This place stole my 73 year old mother’s 3,000 for a replacement engine. They are not returning the money or giving me an engine. In addition while my car was waiting for engine, it was broken into and radio and other items stolen. These people are thieves. Do not deal with them. They are thieves.

He charges us $175 more than he initially quoted us. Will not be going back here. Make sure you get your quotes in writing if you do.

I really enjoy this place. It usually packed BUT the ppl who work there are really cool and awesome. Don't pass this place up, just because they look rundown and bad outside doesn't mean the workers there aren't on top of their game and professional. Definitely recommend this place

I was given a quote of $900.00 to repair my car. When I went to pick it up, avo wanted to charge $1,450 but settled on $1,250. I would never do business with this company again.

So ridiculous. Called for a quote, had my car towed here then the price jumped by over $1000 (before I had even left the shop) and the warranty on an engine was 30 days. I might be a girl but I have a tad more common sense than to sign up for that. What a clown.

As a perspective customer, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I asked if I could come in for an oil change today. The gentleman on the phone didn't know--and couldn't answer--whether they had an oil filter for my car. And he couldn't answer whether it would be possible for me to get serviced today! I asked if I could come in half an hour and he was like "well, it all depends". I get that "this isn't jiffy lube" (which the man on the phone felt the need to rudely tell me) but at least be able to say whether it's possible to bring my car in to get serviced today!

He was so sweet he helped my mom with her car our car had stopped almost in the road and he came to help us and take it home we will definitely recommend eh auto to our friends and family thank you you for your kindness (I forgot to ask for he's name )but he's awesome .thank you again
