Sister ordered a spray for a friend who passed away and they scammed her. When my sister asked for a refund the owner told her “I don’t care, dispute it with your bank” The owner was unapologetic and refusing to refund her the money. I would not recommend these Scammers or this place to anyone ever

We ordered flowers for a friends funeral, and were charged and never received our flower order!! Also called for two weeks to get an explanation but no answer . Finally after reaching them we were told to “dispute it with our bank and they didn’t care”. Horrible service ! Disrespectful staff and this business should be shut down . Do not shop there !

Buyer beware! When you place an order the only thing that is guaranteed is they will take your money. What isn't guaranteed is if they will actually deliver the flowers you paid for. When and if you're finally lucky enough to get them to answer your call, don't expect an apology or a refund. If you want to ensure the flowers you purchase will be delivered, go to another florist!

A friend ordered a special arrangement for a funeral and charged her card.. they never delivered, never answered her phone call for two weeks, and ended up saying they didn't care & to dispute it with her bank. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and overall a terrible thing to do to someone. So sad. Please don't go here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Unprofessional, extremely rude and unreliable. Do not spend your money here! Ordered flowers, they were never sent. Florist would not answer calls. No resolution offered once we finally got them on the phone.

Ordered a spray of flowers online for a funeral - they did not deliver and won't answer our many calls! Beyond upset, this was something special for a loved one. They scammed us out of our money but our main concern was the fact that this was important. PATHETIC. Update: spoke with the owner on the phone. After expressing my frustration she told me word for word "she doesn't care, dispute it with my bank."

Ordered Teleflora's Blooming Joy Bouquet for my sisters B-day on 4/3/24 - in the AM for same day delivery as of today, 4/5/24 she has yet received her flowers . I called several times to the flower shop and my call goes right to voice mail. I left a call back with my detailed order number and information asking when the item was gong to be delivered. If you are not fulfilling my order you could at least call me back and let me know so I could have ordered from a different florist in her area. I would like a refund on my order. Not a happy first time / last time customer.

Excellent service. Last minute orders not a problem. Finally a place that can read and follow written instructions. The flowers delivered were as pretty as the picture from the website... without an extravagant delivery fee. I will be a repeat customer.
