I haven't purchased anything as of yet.. but my initial meeting with Mr James was absolutely great he even stayed after hours to talk with me and and answer questions i had. the deals they work out seem really good. The couple of sheds I checked out in person seemed really solid and nice from what I could tell.. if I get one, I will update this review further. But as far as customer service this gentleman Mr James is hands down better than 5 stars. If I'm able to get one. It will be from here..

They are great. The shed that we bought is perfect... the salesman James is also perfect. He took plenty time with us and helped SO much. The shed is very high quality. They delivered and set it up and once again it was perfect.

These Cook Sheds are the Best.!The material they use are outstanding and the fact that they use hurricane straps and Termite proof wood on ground points is just outstanding.I installed LED lighting, an Exhaust fan, added Shelves, built a Bench and those Ramp friendly doors are spot on.The salesman James was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted, size and color.Oh! The 0% Financing was a huge plus.!!!

If you want a shed to last longer than about 8 years this isn't the one. Mine is rotting and not covered under warranty. Spend the extra money and get a better brand.
