I alway call to see if prescription are ready and been told more then once ready in 15 min and end up waiting over 30 min.

I called today to ask if they offer delivery, a very rude lady assist me. I ask her in English and Spanish if they are offering deliver, she just ask the name, dob and phone number of the patient, said they will be delivering the prescription in the afternoon. Still waiting and nothing has been deliver, very poor customer... read full comment
