“We were recommended to this place by family after visiting a vet hospital in Bastrop who had insanely high prices and the medication they recommended was not helping. Our Australian shepherd was still feeling sick so we made an appointment with Fayette County Vet Clinic and they were able to get us in the same week.During our appointment, we met with Dr. Jeremy Finch who was absolutely incredible. He was so thorough and answered all of our questions with knowledge. I left that appointment feeling much more informed than any other vet I have seen in the past. Our dog was treated with love there and you can truly tell that all of the staff are animal lovers and really care for their patients.Unfortunately, the following morning our dog had died as we were just too late to diagnosing and treating her condition. We took her to this clinic to be cremated and the staff was very friendly. They even took back the medicine they had sold to us the day prior and said the cost of our visit the day before would cover the cremation and any difference would be refunded. I don’t know what says “we care about our clients” more than that. The following day, Dr. Finch called me and discussed the situation with me which put me more at peace with losing our girl. I appreciated that call so much.Overall, I highly recommend this clinic! You will not find a better place to treat your pet.”

Dr. Welch and his staff are all very down to earth and friendly, and the clinic has a comfortable, country atmosphere. Fees are crazy reasonable and they treat my pets well. I am very pleased!”
