If I could give this dealership a negative rating I would . My husband and I bought a truck from this dealership earlier this year ( 2019 F250 Diesel ) and 2 days after we bought it the check engine light came on .... We called the dealership and they basically said tough shit and sold my husband a warranty ( 5k ) that after said and done didn't even fix the issue !!! PLEASE BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T STAND BEHIND CARS THEY SELL ....

We have been going to LaGrange Ford for the last ten plus years. I use their service department for all of my maintenance and service needs. I called today and wanted to schedule an service appointment and have something looked at. I was told they no longer take appointments. I was then told they haven't taken appointments for two to three years which is incorrect. This is when they stated that LaGrange Ford sold about six weeks ago. They proceeded to tell me they have 30 to 40 vehicles sitting on the lot waiting for technician work and I could drop my vehicle off and they would get to it when they do and it could take three weeks. This is very inconvenient for people who only own one car and cannot afford a rental due to being on a fixed income. On top of these changes the lady that took my call was extremely rude and did not provide good customer support. I would give them 1 star except prior to today I have always been treated very well.

Service department Is a joke, take your car here if you feel like being lied to and it taking weeks to get anything done. Don't waste your time here, go to Bastrop or Columbus.

I recently purchased a vehicle from La Grange Ford. Ed Plumley and Shane made the sales transaction, including the handling of my trade in. They answered all of my questions and and resolved any concerns that I had. It was like doing business with family.

I walked in to buy a vehicle and Shane did an awesome job. He showed me two used trucks and worked a great deal for me. My total experience was very positive. They had everything done in about three hours. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see Shane.

Called in the day before to ask if there doing oil changes during covid , lady said yes fill free to come in . Arrived there following day at the service department. Didn't look busy at all no customers inside waiting . When I go inside and tell the service writer I need an oil change he said there booked all week can't do it ? Lobby completely empty nothing going on and can't do an oil change ? So I headed to Walmart got it done in 20 min half the price ....you would think a ford dealership would take in a ford truck for an oil change no matter what ...the guy working had a motivation level at zero .... Sucks when you want to spend money with a place and your forced to go the big boys down the street again .. FYI never turn down money in these times , no oil change today makes me never come back for service or to buy a vehicle there ..

From sales to service this place is great and very low pressure. Ricky was very welcoming without that high sales pressure. That's a huge turn off always when I feel pounced on. Service dept is great. Mr Otto is very accommodating and gets things done. Very much appreciated that my Lincoln gets terrific service while there Keefer Sloane

When a person says they will do what it takes to make something right, I hold them to it. Put a deposit on a Lariat I was approved for, to then be told they won't sell me the truck. Then was sold less of a truck an XLT for the same amount as the Lariat. Was back in their shop a week later for two weeks, to then be told they would find me a truck. Here it is just at a month and I'm told today I'm stuck with the truck that was made worse after service. Bait and switch, then left with a junker truck that the sales manager needed to get rid of. No faith in them or their word. The single star is for Erica and Ed... The only people to be straight forward about it all!

Still using the battery they diagnosed "dead". At least I sold the other battery they sold me for $50. Haven't been back. I now go to Sames Ford in Bastrop. So far, so good.

They estimated it would take 7 days. 3 weeks later it's finally done. Even with insurance, I have to pay more than $500 out of pocket!!! May need to make some calls to get this mess figured out but I would not recommend their service department to anyone!!!

A little clarification for people who have problems following along. (K). my experience was based on what happened with the previous sales manager and the owner. I was recently made aware by the new manager Sydna that the sales manager I had issue with is no longer there. The service department was AWESOME if the sales department is now run like the service department the place is probably much better than several years ago when I had my experience. A little background info. I USED to live in La Grange FULL TIME, but due to a new job I moved closer to Houston. which is why most of my reviews are in Houston. I miss some things about La Grange...and some not so much. (K and the likes of).

I bought a F150 King Ranch from these guys about two months ago. Very pleased with the sales experience. I told my sales guy Ricky exactly what I wanted and they had it there that day. I was hesitant to write a review too soon. For me the service department makes or breaks whether or not I'm going to return to a dealer. Well I put about 2,500 miles a month on my truck and I had it in for service last week. Wow!! These guys are great! They took care of what I asked them to do, it was ready when they said and I didn't have to sit through a list of additional things "I should do". I will definitely be back there in a couple of years for my next truck. My friends too! Thanks LG Ford.
