Contacted Ricky Dunk on Saturday before Labor Day to discuss price and finance. He contacted me Labor Day morning said to come down from Dallas to take ownership of beautiful 5.0 Mustang. Had finance at 3.9% like he said with discount price out the door with the bells and whistles my son wanted on the car. We were both satisfied with the way we were treated, no switch and bait straight forward no fine print to go over. Explained things in detail, test drove did paperwork in less than an hour. We want to thank Ricky Dunk and management for an awesome experience and for the pizza too. Look forward to our next purchase.”
“This is the BEST mechanic shop!!!! My friend and I were leaving a conference in Austin headed back to Houston when our car started to over heat late in the afternoon. We had no place to stay and called them to see if we could head that way. The sweet woman stayed on the phone to make sure we didn’t get lost and the mechanic checked our vehicle and was able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road and asked for nothing!!!! He knew we were nervous and didn’t want to drive in the dark. WOW you don’t find many good honest sweet people like this anymore. They make the world a better place!!!!”
“I needed an oil change and service on my Ram 1500 Lone Star. Dillon Stephens greeted me and simply said leave the keys and I'll take care of your service. Didn't even ask my name. After a reasonable wait and a cup of coffee, Dillon was back ready for check out. When I went to my Ram, it looked like a brand new truck. Thanks Oviedo.”
“I’m very pleased with the performance of my trailer on the road. Thank you and your employees for the suspension upgrade work on my trailer. I’m in western Arizona and looking forward to many more miles of travel. Thanks”
“He got my truck right in right out I was only without my truck for 2 days, he was very friendly and told me what everything was going to cost me he did really great work”
“I was traveling from Houston to Austin when a road obstruction cracked the return line on my coolant causing a high temp and immediate shutdown. I was stranded, an hour from either city, and limited options. Ron's to the rescue! They were loaded and wouldn't have been able to get to me for half a week. They gave me instructions over the phone how to repair the issue and had me back on the road in an hour. Even made time to check the repair once I was back and running.”

Knowing I was in a bind and from out of town they were fair priced and did a great job replacing the alternator. HONEST and GREAT service. Had me back in the road before 11a. They were great knowing I was in a rush!!!”

1605 W Travis St, La Grange“I purchased a Bronco Sport Heritage Limited Edition from Alpha One Ford in La Grange, and it was a 5 star experience every step of the way. From the great pricing (especially on a limited edition vehicle, where an Austin-area dealer tried to add on a $10k surcharge) to the no-pressure sales process, I couldn't have been happier. It was by far the best new car buying experience that I've ever had. My sales rep Shane was pleasant, knowledgeable and went to bat for me on the price. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an uncommonly good way to purchase a new Ford. Thanks, Shane and Alpha One Ford in La Grange!”
“Service was great. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Tire pricing was good. The only reason I can't give them a 5 is that the tire was over filled with air. I suspect the technician ran the pressure up to seat the tire bead, then forgot to reduce the pressure to the proper psi.”
