This store doesn’t deserve even a 1 star rating. So called Manager can’t name the individual since she refuses to provide her name was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was a heavyset Hispanic lady that seems to have tons of bad reviews on Google. Will not provide any type of supervisor info name or number to file a complaint against her. Thankfully the calls are recorded. Something needs to be done regarding her. Better help if available! Not enough good stuff to say about the Columbus store. But Lagrange and this woman is disgusting. They have to do better.

My experience on yesterday was awful. The clerk was rude and racist. Made a reference to "you people". She did not provide her name but told me to look it up on receiptafter she refused to give my receipt for my transaction. I have always had pleasant experiences at location. E.ployees are usually very professional. AT&T has dropped the ball with this employee. She appeared to be short Hispanic with long hair. I have name of lady who said she was Mgr and the name of clerk on receipt. This cannot be tolerated. Sincerely, Unhappy customer

My experience with AT&T customer service as a rule is not enjoyable. A family member needed a phone upgrade so being the person the account is in I called the Lagrange Texas AT&T ahead of time to made sure they would be open along with to make sure they would be able to help a family member without me being present. I talked to a gentleman who I don’t recall his name and he instructed me on what to do so we could be taken care of and that they would be opened until 7 pm.So when my daughter got to the store before 6 pm there was only one assistant in the store and she was rude as soon as my daughter entered the store. My daughter stepped out to call me for advice then upon returning to the store the female assistant basically wouldn’t help my daughter anymore. When asked to speak to a manager she refused, when asked her name she refused to give it, she basically pushed my daughter out of the door.I’ve had an account with AT&T for over 30 years and the service we received today in Lagrange Texas store was not professional and unnecessary.Please take the time and visit a corporate store where they are friendlier, more professional and appreciate their customers.

NEVER GO HERE call customer service or drive a little farther to go to an actual corparate store. Tje woman i spoke to who i cant name because she refused to identify herself refused to help me after i stepped out to talk to my mother about a purchase and wouldnt let me speak to her manager. She was a heavyset hispanic lady with longish black hair. Tbh she was rude from the moment i walked in but i wanted to get this problem handled today instead of waiting a few days but the assistance i got was sooo worth the wait i got my upgrade and the bill actually ended up LOWER than it was origially.

I was told because I had a prepaid account that TT&T considered me a low class customer and not entitled to anymore than there barest help. After an meager attempt to help with my phone the manager told me it was all the help she could give me. I asked so there is nothing to do to fix the problem. She replied if I wasn't prepaid she would take the time but now she has given all the help she will. I'm going to a new phone service for the first time in my 67 years I will nolonger have AT&T AS my phone service.

The employees didnt even know what the hell they were doing. They added on 2 additional lines and are charging us an insane amount of money for things we did NOT ask for. Our "Hotspots" were added as Phone lines and for some reason and they gave us a "free" phone that didnt even come in a box. I had an at home expert come and tell me that they LIED to us about all of this.

I needed a new phone since mine was ruined this weekend and Brianna helped me with excellent customer service. She was helpful while choosing the phone that was best for me, saved us money on our phone plan, and mentioned all of the deals that AT&T is currently offering. I went to the LaGrange store because my phone wasn’t working. Katelyn assessed the problem and it was determined a new phone was needed. She then helped us upgrade our plan getting a first responder discount. She helped us set up the new phone and explained all components/features of the new plan and phone. She was so courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all of our questions. Thank you Katelyn.

Katelynn Lopez must be the worst Manager I have ever seen. My mom has been dealing with her for and issue on her bill that she was supposed to resolve months ago and has yet to be resolved because she doesn’t know how to do her job correctly. Than she lied on my mother saying it was her fault for not returning her old phones when in fact she handed them to her. She was supposed to fix her account and has yet to do so and keeps making excuses as to why. So please don’t do business with her she will screw you over and to know that she’s going to get promoted to District Manager. She can’t even be a manager and do her job correctly. AT@T please do better in hiring. This is ridiculous.Please find another store to do business with.

I gave a great review when I got my phone replaced. Until I got my bill that had hot spots added to it that I did not want or need. Bill was outrageous. Took several calls to 611 over a couple of months to finally get this mess straightened out. This also happened to several other customers. I will not return.

Bottom Line: If you know what you need order it online or over the phone.What Happened: I needed a hot spot for travel, so I discussed the options with an AT&T rep via chat. Together we determined the device and data plan I would need. Rather than ordering online I thought I would “support local” and give the business to the La Grange AT&T store.On the first visit I waited for over a half an hour before I learned they could setup the line on my plan but didn’t have the device.I bought the device elsewhere and on my second visit the rep gave me a run around over my choice of plans, device, etc. The rep was not astute enough to hear that I didn’t ask for or need a "better idea." I only needed a data line added and a sim card.Returning home, I ordered the additional line over the phone and received the sim card the next morning. 24 hours later my new device was working fine.If the store manager wants more information and context on how this exchange turned contentious, please respond and I will contact you.One star for bad service and one star because they did believe they were trying to help me. They just were not smart enough to sell me what I was asking for and not offer advice on a problem they didn't understand.
