A lot of people drinking outside
The owner was very rude to me and my family the trailers are in very bad conditions and the toilets don't flush

Wouldn't recommend! I called to ask if they had lots for rent and a very rude mexican man answer and cuss me out sounded drunk too, what's wrong with these people

I don't like the pot holes, but i suppose the rent is decent for the trailers.
