Well, I already read a review that had the exact same complaint and my guess is they haven’t corrected anything. I am expecting a shipment from California. Item left California on a Monday and said to expect delivery on Friday. Two Fridays have gone by and I still haven’t received it. They called on Thursday to set up an appointment for Friday. When you hear the word appointment you imagine they want to set up a time for delivery, we’ll that’s not the case. It’s just them notifying you they’ll deliver it tomorrow anytime between 8am-5pm…. Friday (delivery day set up by “appointment”) comes by and we get nothing… we’re Monday now and I’ve been calling to reschedule “appointment” and Jessica Zamora never answers the phone. Left her a voicemail and never heard back. I’ve been calling her since the first Friday that delivery was expected…. I normally give it time because I’m in no hurry to receive it, but I’ve been out of town and the person that’s going to do me the favor of meeting the delivery truck has been standing by not doing their own errands to help me with mine.Only reason I gave it a 2 is because customer service actually answers and makes an effort to figure out what’s going on.

Usually don't write reviews, but I'm gonna go ahead and write a review due to the complete unprofessionalism in which my case was handled. Was expecting a shipment on a Wednesday after I got a call on Tuesday to be on standby 30 mins prior the next day for delivery. All of Wednesday went by and no delivery. Figured something was wrong. Called the freight company and the employee mentioned and I quote, "well our shipper packed it into the truck but didn't deliver". I asked why he simply said, "I don't know, he probably forgot". Upon further inquiry the employee just stated that he simply did not know why it was put on trailer and not delivered. I asked to talk to manager he said he was the manager, I asked to talk to a higher up he said no one will talk to me. Complete and utter unprofessionalism from this company promising to be a delivery service and not even offering delivery or logical reasoning as to why they can't.

Had a shipment of 2500 pocket folders brought to the place I work at and the shipping person did not want to bring all the boxes up to the second floor of the building. He said he would charge us $10 just to do that. That's dishonorable! A good shipping company finishes the job and doesn't just dump your things out for us to haul around.
