“I had some old jewelry some were broken and some others were in good condition but wasn’t sure if all of them were gold since there was no mark on some of them. I called valley gold exchange and the gentleman there told me he could test all of them and let me know which ones were real. After arriving, he was very good at explaining everything to me and was very thorough with his work. I was very happy when leaving ? highly recommend them.”

“I didn't want this night to end without contributing to a part of what made it happen. Customer service was great. Sarah took my call over the phone to ensure me that they could work with me and help me unload an item that we where pawning. Followed by good conversation with John, that led me to compare prices and provide a genuine experience in purchasing a guitar. Plus informed me of some good music he had personally written and recorded. Daniel and Omar had helped and all together for it being Easter Weekend really made this experience even better.
