I have never been so disappointed they took me as a fool 2 times the first was selling me a policy not what I needed and asked for second I added something on the policy and never got the contract and was being charged definitely the wrong company to go to for insurance

They cold called me. An unsolicited attempt to sell me insurance.I told the lady I didn't deal with State Farm. She hung up on me. Just tells me what kind of people run this branch. FTP

Horrible!!!, I've been with State Farm for several years and have always been pleased with their service. Ever since Angel took over it's been horrible. Too many issues have gone wrong. Dropped off my payment thru the slot of the door during closing hours like I've done before, to avoid contact due to covid. This time they lost my check, I was told that they believe the postman picked it from the floor and left with it. Not knowing for certain, but think that's what happened. My payment was in white envelope with no mailing address, no return address and no stamp. All it had was in big sharply lettering saying please sent receipt. Their response to this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Will stay with State Farm , but will be switching agents. Due to their negligence, by not picking up the envelope, I now have a lost check.

I purchased a policy for my 2015 Harley Davidson from these crooks, i dont have an auto, but they took $166.25, and sent me on my way. I am a retired, disabled veteran of the U.S.Navy, i did my duty , retired with an honorable discharge to be put in jeopardy by your agency. agency. I will alert the Texas Department of Insurance of your action and if possible request a review of your agency Your blatant theivery is a gross injustice to not only me but, the disabled as well, the veterans of this State, and this Nation. I am sorry i placed my money and trust in your agency and State Farm.

Mr. Aleman is nice and very informative when I need help filing a claim when I was hit by another driver. He walked me through the process and even helped me file a claim with the other drivers insurance. He even followed up with my situation even though state farm was no longer taking care of the claim due to the other drivers insurance taking over. Wonderful State Farm Agent!
