Good and quick service. Very decent prices. I was asking for some wheel prices and 1 of the salesmen was kind of rude. A dumb question is the one you don't ask .

If i could give this place a 0 star i would. I have no clue the name of the short bald headed man is but that man needs to not be in sales or in customer service. Gives the business a worse rep than what it already has.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I picked out some wheels, and when they arrived, they weren't the ones I asked for. Armando tried to play it off like those were what I ordered, but they weren't. He later admitted they sent the wrong ones but still tried to put them on my car?? He reordered the wheels I originally asked for, and when they arrived, I had no idea they were going to be wider, causing the tires to be wider as well, making them too large and bulky for my car. Every other tire shop I visited for another opinion confirmed the wheels were too big. Some even said the tires they sold me were absolute TRASH. The only place that insisted they were a "perfect fit" was Espino's, the place of purchase.
The service was THE WORST. Armando was dismissive and rolled his eyes when I complained about the issues I was having (rubbing and wheel shaking) a few days later. He didn’t hold back on facial expressions and was visibly irritated. When I asked why he was acting that way, he said he wasn’t “being any way.” Then he said they'd take a look, and when he came back, he had a mood shift, smiling and trying to keep it cool? all positive, saying, “oh, I know now, they didn’t send the hubrings.”
The manager wasn't any better; he tested my car and claimed there were no issues, making it seem like he didn't believe me, or as if just because it didn’t happen with him, it doesn’t happen at all. He also mentioned they were having a difficult time selling the wheels Armando misordered, I’m not quite sure why he was telling me that information, I’m not to blame if that’s the case. I eventually went to another wheel shop where the manager himself took the time to ensure everything was going to fit properly. I ended up returning the wheels and tires to Espino’s and lost a good amount of money because of the down payment. It’s very unfortunate. To top it off, they even looked through my purse!!

The worse place to get your pick up lifted, they do not know what they are doing, I went thru 2 steering stabilizers that they installed. They kept tearing up. They did not put the correct bracket, they did a Mcgiver, idiots, I finally figured it out and my friend and I repaired it the right way with the right bracket that comes with the kit, I guess they used it for someone else or themselves, now it works perfect. They also cut the front plastic valence and the tires still rub when turning, and that's cause I went with 33" tires. They had said that the 35" would not rub, idiots. Do not ever go to this place, anywhere else is better.

Awesome service and communication throughout the whole process Armando had awesome customer support and service he knew exactly what I needed for my truck with no hesitation and at the same time understood my personal attachment to my vehicle and took care of my truck. I was so happy grateful and satisfied that I brought him a second vehicle to work on. Can’t wait to continue doing business with Espino Tires in La Blanca Tx.! Puro Respecto ??????

Never again will we spend money here!! We have spent good money here…had our truck lifts, 2 different rim purchases, terrain tires for truck , and car tires here. Today, we stopped for new tires and ARMANDO’s customer service was straight up trash ?. ARMANDO was horrible , he acted as if we needed him. His whole demeanor was unfriendly and acted annoyed by us. We walked out and he yelled “Hey sir, you want the tires?” So unprofessional.
Armando, we do want the tires but we are not buying them from you nor your place of business. We will stop and start taking our business elsewhere!
Mr. Owner,
You will not find my information on your system because it’s under my husbands name…as it should be because he pays all the bills. I will not refrain from posting the horrible customer service we received from your employee Armando and his infamous word “Irrelevant”, over the phone and in person he said it about 4-6 times. Geeze. And show me proof of all the 1 stars I’ve posted???
My car is sporting 4 brand new tires today and I will give discount tires a 5 star review for their excellent customer service, they truly know how to make a customer feel welcomed!
