This was my bank for many years... Heck... when they built the place they used some photos I'd taken for the wall mural. But little things had been disappointing for a while, but not enough to do anything about it. Then, my toddler really needed to use the restroom and we were at the bank one day. The teller said the bathroom was for employees only and we should go to Whataburger next door. Last straw. We closed our account and crossed the street and took our money to United Heritage that day. That was 12 years ago. I hadn't stepped foot in there since. Last week I needed something notarized quickly. My bank was busy (I couldn't wait) so I popped over to see if Wells Fargo could. They said only for current customers. I explained how much of a bind I was in (I had 30 minutes before the office I needed the notarized document for would close) and that I was even willing to pay for the service. They said no. Then I realized we had a WF credit card... but somehow I had my wife's card not mine. Instead of looking it up and seeing I was on the account they just said no. I guess some things don't change. If you're looking for a bank and end up here, I suggest you look across the street and head to United Heritage. They've taken very good care of us for 12 years.... Oh... and they have bathrooms that customers can use, too.

I usually don't write reviews but today was my second time meeting with Stephanie Schubnell. She is wonderful!! Makes you feel like you have known her for years. Very attentive, respectful and just an amazing person. 10/10 service!!!

I wanted to write a review to say thank you to this location! My card had a fraudulent charge on it while on vacation last week. I just got back home and didn't have a new card to pay for anything. I didn't know that I needed an appointment in order to get a temporary card (due to covid). Anyways, long story short, they were able to help me right away and set up my new card on Apple Pay! Very thankful that they helped me out even though I didn't have an appointment! I was able to buy groceries this morning. Thank you for giving me 5 minutes!
