I went to clean my dirty car today, inside and out, and while I was vacuuming the inside, Jacob came up to me and asked if I had already run my car through the wash. When I told him yes, he let me know it didn’t look clean enough, and he wanted me to take my car back through whenever I was finished! He was so polite and so respectful and showed such great customer service, and as a teacher, it was so refreshing to see a young man working so hard and genuinely caring about what he’s doing and the people he’s doing it for! Great job, Jacob! Someone taught you well.? As I was driving through again, I met another young man that was just as polite and respectful… Y’all hire well, Water Works Kyle!!

Adam was super helpful and aired up all my tires for me! He was very kind and happy to help. This car wash isn’t the closest for me but it’s worth the extra drive to get a great quality wash and excellent service.

This place is awesome!! Andrew is amazing & so are all the other workers! Super friendly people & whatever cleanser they use in the car wash smells AMAZING! Definitely recommend!! ?

I’m a senior and my first time going there, was having a hard time and the workers treated me with such patience and explained it well because process was difficult also the spa package was excellent!! I will return!!! The vacuums oh my tops of the best!!

This afternoon I stopped by to get my car washed. When Andrew noticed that I was trying to hobble along on a cane. He immediately asked how he could help. Vacuumed my floor mats and asked Jacob to scrub them. A kindness and service you don’t always see. Truly agreat business tosupport. ?

My family & I have used waterworks for years, they've always been great until recently. First, my right sided mirror got wacked backwards 2 separate times within a week and now it's loose & I possibly need to get a new one now. I even pull them inwards to prevent this and it still happened. Then, they replaced all the wide interior vacuums with skinny ones and made it super hard to clean inside the car. No more air fresheners available either. I canceled my pass and will be finding another carwash now. Disappointed in waterworks.

It’s a very trustworthy place and I love how after the car was you get to clean the inside of your car/ truck from the inside for free and even get wash the rugs ????

I’ve been trying to find a car wash ever since I moved back to Kyle definitely recommend this if you’re looking for one friendly staff and the young man Adam was very helpful
