Service at the kyle location automotive station was very rude when I asked to be helped the employee said they were busy, my reply was that's not my fault the employee said that not her fault either and went through a door out side.I never got the help I needed that was a long 30 mind without Service, never again I will go elsewhere. They sux.

Poor customer service at automotive. These people doesn’t know how they are supposed to treat there customers. Inadequate manners. Walmart needs to provide some training to be professional to their staff at this store for sure if they don’t want the act unprofessional and walmart goodwill is not
damaged.

Having gone to many many different Walmarts since forever, comparing, this Kyle Walmart is a nice one! We encountered 2 check out clerks, one in the camera, pc, tv etc area and also at a check out register for the rest of our purchases, both workers were extremely nice & professional.

Most stupid waste of resources I've ever seen. First, STOP putting stuff behind a case. Hire more people or get a better security system. Second, if you have 3 people stationed in the beauty section to help people, make sure they are doing their job instead of stealing product. The whole dang purpose of the locked cabinets!!!!
Beware! Online pickup orders are no longer eligible for returns to the original form of payment and require store credit.
In particular, I ordered 2 packs of medium Oral-B toothbrushs and accepted a substitution of 4 packs without thinking that I needed to check if they were medium. A soft is never an adequate substitute for a medium and I am sure vis-a-versa applies. Upon returning them to the store I was informed of their new policy. Nowhere during the ordering or pickup process did I receive notice that any part of my order was non-returnable.
