Appointment for a shot. Everything done online. Got to the store 10 minutes early and used their QR code listed on the sign near the counter to check in. Waited till 10 minutes past appointment time and asked an employee if they saw my appointment? No. The system wasn’t working. Required to fill out questionnaire already submitted online. Waited 40 more minutes to receive the shot. I’ll find another pharmacy to get shots.

got a call that my prescription was ready for pickup so about an hour later i go to pick it up. i tell them everything they need to know and had to wait 15 minutes just to get my prescription that was supposed to be ready. about halfway through the wait i asked if there was a problem with the medication and the lady said “we’re just looking for it, it’s ok it’ll be fine” you were looking for a medicine for 15 minutes ? turns out it wasn’t even ready yet and they lied. do not come to this walgreens for the pharmacy.

So incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I’ve been here twice and my experience with the first doctor was unpleasant but overall fine but the second experience I had here was so incredibly unprofessional i’m shocked the woman still has her job. The woman on staff in charge of preforming urine/ blood tests was so rude and very slow. People with appointments were waiting hours past their original appointment times because she was that behind. She did not handle the stress well and several times when confronted by waiting customers was very rude.
I waited 2.5 hours for a urine test and when I was finally called back she reprimanded me and claimed I should have known better than try to get a walk in appointment in the morning because it’s a busy time for her.
Will not be coming back I would rather drive all the way to austin then come here again.

The pharmacy staff intentionally held off on filling my time-sensitive prescriptions, to go on break. I had called them, they told me 45mins, 1hr+ later they said it won't be ready until after 2pm, even though I arrived 20mins before their break time. Just very slimy thing to do, I worked in Customer service and never did this to people.

Horrible service completely incompetent from the insurance staff to the Pharmacist... I had to give them a play by play on how to complete their job and they were still unable to do complete it successfully. When asked to speak to pharmacy manager I was told they are on leave. Transfered the medication out to HEB and it was ready within 15mins. Crazy how people have forgotten to treat their customers like a family member with kindness and willingness to help. Instead they are out for a check, if you don't like your job get a new one.

I was just diagnosed with Hypertension and had an immense headache. My doctor prescribed a common blood pressure medicine at 8:30 AM and said I needed to take it ASAP. I called at noon and they said it would be ready after 3:00. My wife went at 3:15 and they said it would not be ready until the next day after 3:00. When I called to complain, the lady said “well, we could fill it today”. Needless to say that did not help my blood pressure. I had another local pharmacy call them to transfer script and they filled it within two hours. Goodbye Walgreens. I won’t be back.

They refuse to give me my cash back. Even though I did not like the quality of the photos I had printed. They insisted on a gift card to the store. But I don't even shop here. And everything's overpriced. So I ended up having to sell the car to one of their customers in the store. Because they refused to give me moneyback. I just want my money back.

This walgreens told me my insurance wouldn't cover my medication. Said there was nothing they could do. I ended up having a seizure due to not being able to get my meds, called my insurance to find out what the heck was going on only to find out walgreens NEVER SENT A REQUEST!!! Absolutely garbage. Shut your doors if you can't do your job

While I did not have a particularly negative experience there are several reasons for my review. When I was told it would be about 20-30 minutes. I left, ate and ran some errands so I could return much later. After waiting, I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes which really made me mad because I’d been gone well over 45. So the script was injections therefore I asked for alcohol swabs. The clerk said she didn’t know if they carried them. (I wanted to grab them so I could check out all at one time.) I checked out and asked her again. She was able to find someone to tell me where to get them. Then… this afternoon, I found out that they didn’t even give me but 20% of my prescription. Why would they bother NOT telling me the other was back ordered? You don’t just give someone part of a prescription without telling them! UGH

This location and their staff has horrible communication skills! Not only did they waste my time and me being in pain just leaving the emergency room, they lack the common sense to communicate vital information regarding my prescription being out of stock and that I would have to drive to another location that’s 24hrs to have it filled there.Mind you that location is about 20 miles away from me.I call the other location and they said that I would have to call the ER to have the pharmacy changed.Why didn’t the staff let me know this right away instead of me wasting my time and gas? Unprofessional staff wasting valuable time. Please train your techs better!!

I had literal surgery today and it took this pharmacy over 7 WHOLE HOURS to fill my prescriptions so I could take my pain medicine. I’ve been sitting in pain all day I’ve called 8 times with no answer and had someone go in person for me 3 different times to ask them to fill my prescriptions. Absolutely ridiculous I was cut open and my doctor put a rush on the script yet it still took 7 hours. Never using them again.

Absolutely poor service, 40 minutes on the drive thru then told to go around and start the line over to get the rest of the prescriptions sent in at the same time. Make it make sense!

Never bother calling the pharmacy no one will pick up. While waiting on phone you will get to an automated message ‘Sorry for the wait…..’ every 20 seconds. Incredibly annoying and makes waiting on the phone unbearable.
