I had a problem with charges being added on to my shipping and Jasmine helped me figure out what we were doing wrong and gave me an estimate for each size box we needed shipped. Thank for being so friendly and helpful and saving our company hundreds of dollars!

I ask for my packages to be delivered to my door due to a personal issue but since it is at the post man’s discretion it never happens. Very inconvenient- why offer the option if you never come through? ( I miss Paul - he was the only one to ever come to my door as requested).
