In person experience is great. They do not answer the phone and instead you have to leave a message. Done that twice in the past week, no call back. Used Fed Ex instead.

Wow! I am so impressed with this store, mainly the guy who helped me, Gabe.
I came in a little lost on how to mail some really important documents and he literally helped me customize a box and protect them so they’ll arrive safely.
This was so helpful and really took a lot of stress off me.
I will be coming to this store to see Gabe for anything I need to mail.

Dropped off a package on Sunday and now it is Tuesday. Package shows it was not scanned in. I have the reciept yall gave me. Someone needs to call me from this store a actual manager.

Bryce was incredibly helpful! I was having a stressful day trying to return several items and everything was going wrong at every other store. I came to this UPS location and was helped quickly even though it was busy. Bryce understood what I needed help with and quickly got me on my way. He went above and beyond to help relieve my stress.
