By far the best apartment complex ever!! The staff is so kind and willing to work with you in every matter. Very grateful to have found such an amazing apartment complex that actually cares for the happiness of their residents.

The water bill is constantly high, and the water bugs problems just start. When I put in a request for maintenance to fix something in my apartment, I put down yes they can enter, but they call me and ask if it's OK to enter my aparment even though I put down yes they can enter on the maintenance order and when maintenance completes the work order they ask me or call to see if the problem was fix "to my liking" it's maintenance job to make sure it's fixed that's what they are getting paid to do. They make up their own rules. Now you need a wristband to enter the pool area, and if you and your guest don't have it, you're not allowed to enter the pool. There is nothing in the lease saying I need a wristband to enter the pool area. We're paying to enter the pool area whenever we want without a problem and the rent is constantly going up and you have to pay $150 "renew" your lease and they are constantly messing up the utilities to where you are paying extra money and it's a mistake on their end that they won't fix. When I first moved to the green in 2021 it was fun and the management that was there st the time, literally cared about the residents and now the nea management is there, it's nothing but problems. Thank you for falsely accusing me of something I haven't done. I was forced to move now, my rent is lower, and my utilities are lower at the current apartment I'm at now.

Alysha was a fantastic on our tour of the beautiful apartments! She really took the time to throughly ask what was important to us in an apartment, and found the best the best apartment flooring for us. She was incredibly kind and you can certainly tell she’s made for this kind of work. Along with Alysha I’ve talked with the manager (I cannot recall her name at the moment) and she was also lovely! We cannot wait to move to this beautiful place!!

We love living at the Green at Plum Creek, we love how maintenance is quick to take care of our needs. The property is always clean, safe and quiet. We also love the leasing staff, we already miss Kacey, but everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the amenities are top notch!

Had the wonderful experience to tour the complex and Tessa made the experience amazing, she was very informative and answered any and all questions we had. She also made the application process smooth and easy for us, we can’t wait for move in! Compared to many complexes we toured before The Green definitely stood out to us due to their amazing staff.

I've really enjoyed my time at the Green this last year and wish I could stay! Rent includes some great amenities, including a monthly golf pass and car wash. My unit is large and has high ceilings and a giant balcony with two storage closets. Signing my lease was a breeze and the leasing office was helpful and friendly when it came to getting things set up. They remember me and welcome me with smiles each time I go to the office. Maintenance team is also FAST & friendly. :)
Overall, the complex is clean and quiet and feels safe enough; there is convenient access to Kohlers Crossing, shopping, and 1626 to IH 35. For a moment there were issues with pet waste, but that seems to have been remedied by enforcing PooPrints (which you sign up for when you lease. $150+ per infraction.) A few other things to note, the back entrance gate is down often and the street gates/gate by Texican haven't worked my entire lease, so they're often propped open by a rock. Additionally, the dog park has no water faucet available for the pups and minimum shade, so when it's hot...it's HOT and when it rains, half of the park is mud. There have also been a few instances of reckless pet parents and reactive or aggresive dogs at the dog park, so we stopped going.
Also, the pool is heated which is nice in the winter if you brave it. But, in the Summer, there is no shade so by mid-day the pool is almost too hot to enjoy, especially if there are too many people in it to find a spot to relax (hope you enjoy three different speakers playing three different country songs at the same time ?).
If I could stay, I would and I'd recommend the complex to frienda and family.

I called in to the office to get info on this place to be a possibilitie for my new home and the lady named Tessa was very nice and was very detailed on info. I got really excited learning about the big gym I can work out in. Definitely going to schedual a tour.

At my first visit, the grounds are well kept and maintained. I met this very cordial office staff named Tessa, she was very polite and knowledgeable. The facilities, amenities and pool looked very well kepted. Looking forwards to setting up a lease in near future.

I just moved into this complex and I can share that it truly fits the definition of what a community is. It is a very peaceful, clean and beautiful property. Outstanding staff! Close to everthing and easy access to the highway for those who commute out of Kyle for work.

I came to tour just to have an idea for my future plans and ended wanting to move ASAP! What a beautiful place to live in.
I met with Tessa, Kacie and Caleigh and they were so attentive and knowledgeable, making this an amazing tour experience.

One of the worst apartments to deal with. They constantly try to up charge you for anything they can. They increased water bill by changing systems. The worst part is since their system is behind 2 months for water they never tell you your final bill. It then gets sent to collections and they act like we don’t know.
