Disingenuous and predatory. Not helpful or responsive to property issues. Will nickel and dime you (on preexisting or nonexistent issues nonetheless) so you get as little back on your security deposit as possible. Don’t think the property was up to code either. Would not recommend to anyone

TexCen Realty property management group has horrible staff. Laura, who has been rude and obnoxious since she took over my account, consistently demonstrates her ineptitude. Working with this property management group has been exceedingly difficult culminating in Laura quashing my effort to have a major appliance fixed in a rental home that is obviously damaged. If I could give 0 stars to this troglodytic group of people, I would.
