I went into the store this afternoon & a guy with glasses was there. Getting him to give me any info was like pulling teeth. I asked about switching from android to iPhone & he said not a good idea, I'd lose my contacts. I asked about special promotions to get a new phone & no help, no response. Pointed to new phones & that's it. Silence. Maybe he was tired? Bad experience.

Yesterday my family and I went to the Spectrum store in Kyle Texas and it was 5:20pm. The gentleman that helped us switch over plans was named Austin. He was BEYOND amazing. From the second we walked up to the counter he was funny, personable, and informative. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done perfectly. He was engaging in conversation, kept us laughing the whole time, and even handled our very excited daughter with grace. He stayed beyond his scheduled time off to ensure that everything was completed. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Austin yesterday and highly recommend him.

Went in to drop off my old equipment. It was clean and well organized. Austin helped me with the equipment and then spent almost an hour answering every question I could think of regarding their new cell phone service. I was considering suggesting my parents switch, but I also wanted to be very sure I understood it first. Very very nice experience.

Came into the store seeking assistance with mobile account. Normally it would have been an easy transaction but due to several factors of business and personal accounts crossing, it quickly became a challenging situation. Russell contacted several Spectrum entities on my behalf to untangle and remedy the issue. He was there providing excellent assistance every step of the way. I am so grateful for his assistance as I never would have been able to do this on my own. Great service!

Ok prices, went to return equipment at the store, which on the phone, the person turning off my service told me to leave the box for the next people, I waited approximately 30 minutes waiting for the manager to come out of the back to handle my issue. When he came out, the manager handled the issue ok. The service of Spectrum is 90% better than T-mobile!!!!!!!

The Sectrum store in Kyle, Texas is TERRIBLE!! Have over 12 people here and 2 reps. Which are Extremely Slow. Manager comes out and asks how everyone is doing and runs behind closed doors helping No One. Worst Pectrum store in Texas. Manager should be fired. I have been here for 2 hrs and still number 4 on the list. TERRIBLE Customer Service. Going to Direct TV!!

I have only had to go to the store once to turn in some cable boxes that we were no longer using and to switch out a dead remote control. There was a short wait while those who arrived before me were serviced. The staff were friendly and seemed happy and enthusiastic.

Waiting times are very long. I only needed to swap my modem and this took one hour to complete.
