This place already changed! They’re getting more crowded so they allow bad customer service and management. No return or exchange for things you want to return even though it does not pass its return window and nothing is wrong with the product. Ridiculous! Maybe there’s a discrimination here!

Extremely unorganized, always has very long lines, and only two registers were open with over 20 people in line. Poor management. Terrible store layout.

I just spent 40 minutes waiting in line at this Ross. If I wasn’t buying a suitcase for a trip tomorrow I would have left without purchasing anything. I’ve done that several times at this particular Ross because the line is always insane. I have always had to make the decision at this Ross how badly do I want what I’m trying to buy and most of the time the wait isn’t worth it. This isn’t a one off situation either it’s always this way. It’s like Black Friday lines daily. Welp I guess they save me money when I leave due to the wait.

This place is highly unorganized and its tightly packed. No place to walk and it’s pathetic. Hope they will consider this review and make it a better place for the customers.

Went to this store to return ONE thing which I bought a few days prior, go in and the dang line is wrapped around the store and the cashier tells me I have to wait in that long line to return one thing, why do I have to wait in the purchase line? Where’s the dang return line, apparently at this store and this store only it’s the same line, never have I had to wait in the purchase line to return something at any store or Ross, go to San Marcos or south Austin, this store is a joke with rude employees, it’s obvious they are way under staffed for a reason.
