While trying to check out at the front counter a few weeks ago - I realized my wallet wasn’t in my pocket. Panicking, i started searching all throughout the store. After asking the associates there for help in looking - each person had stopped what they were doing to assist me. Even if it was just a few minutes. After having no luck and accepting that someone may have swiped my wallet, the associate was very reassuring and gave me guidelines on what to do next with my money and accounts. Overall, this location has some of the best helpers out there. I hope they are all doing well and i can’t thank them enough for helping me that day. Petco kyle is top choice ??

Had one helpful associate in the v entire store. But everything seemed disheveled. It was a mess with carts of product blocking walkways, couldn't get to shelves, management holding a meeting in the middle of the store where you couldn't walk around so you had to walk through them. So disorganized it was overwhelming and I decided to go elsewhere to finish getting what I needed.

I wanted to give Petco a try after limited availability at PetSmart in South Austin. Took my puppy to Petco for a haircut and was completely unsatisfied. Asked for a teddy bear style- faced haircut and was left with stragglers of hair around the mouth. Asked for a #5 blade and came out completely thinner than he gets. Also, was noted by the groomer that my puppy was anxious and she couldn't be "100%" thorough of her ability for the cut. Never had that problem at Petsmart

The 5 stars are for Austin . He was awesome. Helped me with flea treatment . Very knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile!

Joshua at petco in Kyle was amazing. So knowledgeable about reptiles and willing to help. Best experience I’ve ever had at a petco.

In and out pet store. AND they have turtles!! Wish it was bigger with more animals.. definitely NOT a complaint though!

The customer service was excellent! I walked in to the kyle Petco looking for an ideal dog food for my eight month shitzu and I was helped by a very knowledgeable employee with great customer service. I then was ready to check out and the cashier was very friendly and helpful also.

My dogs have been groomed here a couple of times. The prices are way higher than they advertise for. They also wanted to charge me a rent fee after my dogs were done if they weren’t picked up in 30 minutes because they overbooked themselves. That’s not my fault. I usually pick them up within the 2 hours timeframe because I’m working. When I told them it’s going to take longer than 30 minutes the lady said “that’s not going to work for us. Your dogs are taking up too much space and we are too busy to keep them.” And then they expect a tip. It’s just so frustrating. Be consistent and stop adding on all these fees.
