I have nothing but good things to say about park place storage. I have been renting parking spaces and a storage unit for about 3 years now and it has been phenomenal. Very professional team! 5?

Picked up a trailer. It was on a slant, unfortunately they didint have any pieces of wood/etc holding trailer in place. When going to load it onto truck it slid down and smashed tailgate. Was told “customers just leave wherever” and was not resolved. Disappointed.

My husband and his co-worker asked for a simple receipt and that was too much for Kat to handle. They work for a moving company which requires them to obtain receipts for every job. Well that wasn't an option for her because she was extremely busy with no customers in office and no in coming calls. I decided to call and ask for the receipt myself and to my surprise she was still "busy" and wasn't able to email us a receipt. I kept asking for it and even let her know that the men cannot get paid or come back to San Antonio until we get it and she decided to hand up on me. I called back several times because she didn't want to answer the phones now and got upset when I told her I would write this review. After I said that she proceeded to be rude in a more calming voice because she knew her name was going to be put out there. She has no customer service skills, no time managing skills, very rude, and should not work there if she cannot handle 1 customer at a time. Learn how to prioritize time in order to help customers or fined a job you actually like. Management better look into this and do something about it.

Extremely hostile receptionist. Kat was very aggressive and disrespectful from when we first arrived to when we dropped off the truck. She even complained about how hard her job is that she couldn't print out a recipe for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This lady has no customer service skills what so ever and should not be working there.

Placed a reservation about 2 weeks in advance. Even though I was running late, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful in getting the 5x8 trailer hooked up to my vehicle. If or when we need to move again, we will definitely be back!

I rented a storage unit here in March because I had a "friend" (Laura Griffin) who is an employee here.I have paid on time EVERY month and I am paid IN FULL.The friend (Laura Griffin) and I had a falling out.I went today to access my storage unit and this employee (Laura Griffin) had changed my access code so I could not enter and then when I went in after someone else I discovered she had changed the code to the lock on my unit ( that I had gotten from PPS... she was only one who knew what it was to change it). This is a VERY unprofessional way to do business. She should NOT be working there. To have employees that feel like they can enter anyone's unit for personal reasons when ever they want is ludicrous.I will be filing a police report since she obviously had access to my unit and I will have an officer there when I open it because I have to assume she did damage to the stuff inside.I would think long and hard before doing business here.Its obvious the owner doesn't have control of the place and your person items are at risk.

Parked our travel trailer there. Within three weeks, someone stole our propane tanks. Told the attendant and they said that, yeah, it happens a lot especially in your area. Advised we should file a police report and that he would look at the cameras. Absolute bullshit.

I had to move this last weekend and these folks were a tremendous help. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to make my move in easier. These are great people and I highly recommend them!

I showed up to get a UHaul this morning that I had reserved and instead of politely telling me their system was down nationwide, both women on duty treated me like I had already been rude to them and were really hostile. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. To the owner: terrible workers lose your business, had they just been kind I would not be leaving this review.

My rating is mixed. 4 stars because the ladies in the office were very nice , knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting them. If everything went smoothly, I would give it a 5... but it didn't. We rented a U-haul truck and a car tow trailer from this location. We picked up the truck without any issues, loaded it and came back for the trailer so that we could hook up our car and get on the road. (A 40 hour drive ahead of us) That didn't happen until almost 2 hours after it should have delaying our trip and creating a big inconvenience. This was NOT the fault of the storage unit, but the fault of UHAUL - who had come and picked up the tow trailer earlier. Uhaul does not communicate with the staff at the storage place and screws everything up for both staff and clients. Not only did we have to wait for uhaul to return the trailer that was supposed to be available for us - the regional manager that returned with it - Caleb Hamilton - who was aware of the entire situation just quickly dropped it off and took off gain with no acknowledgement, no appology, np discount, no help hooking it up, zilch. U-Haul area reps give trash service and need to get their act together. That type of "management" speaks volumes as to what to expect for Uhaul. Park Place folks were nice and easy to deal with and picked up the slack where u-haul was useless.
