The gentlemen were so helpful and patient they took their time. one of them even came out on several occasions to verify the part and everything went well . They have a good return policy (in some cases)you don’t even need your receipt as long as your phone number is in their system.

Worst O'Reilly I ever been to. You'll stand in line for 20 mins before someone moves. They got 5 employees and only 2 on registers with 8 people in line.

Lupe,nick,and the manager are all fantastic. With it being below freezing,they didn't hesitate to come out and help me with my check engine light. I had gone to other places closer to my house(advance) and they weren't doing it with the cold. Lupe didn't hesitate to come out and help,along with Nick and the manager. Awesome customer service thank you guys!!

My car's battery died on me and I went to this location to get a new one. I've alway felt intimidated at auto parts stores but this time was different. Gilbert greeted me when I walked through the front door and immediately set me at ease. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Found me the battery I needed and made sure the old battery was in need of replacement. He took care of installing the new battery and ran diagnostics to ensure there were no other underlying issues. Thanks Gilbert. Much appreciated.
