Big selection though sometimes hard to find people to help depending on how busy. I usually find everything I need and the curbside and online pickup usually has no issues.

They are the worse company of all time, didn’t want to respond about my zero turn mower under guarantee before the 30 day mark. The manager Justin the manager is just unprofessional this is not how a company of Lowe’s work. Do not shop any outdoor equipment they will come to you and say it’s been used and can’t turn in. As well as the employees they are horrible in the front desk do not shop here rather Home Depot !!!

We bought a washer and dryer, when they went to install them they left them on, they stayed on and before going to sleep I went to check and I realized that the washer had 2 gold lines, the next day I started washing clothes so I could empty the water that was in the washing machine, I realize that it does not come out, ok I told my husband who was at work, he arrived late and forgot to call the store, the next day he rested and called the store and they told him They said it had already been 48 hours and they couldn't do anything ? it's better to buy something used, you'll save a lot more.

I put a star only because I have to put it so that they let me write I am super sad with the terrible service I bought a tractor on May 13 with a three-year warranty today June 12 my tractor is useless it turned off and they say there is no warranty Of the month that hurts, there is a lawsuit against consumer rights because without abuse and racism because I speak Spanish I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOWE'S KYLE TX YOU HAVE VERY BAD SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE WITHOUT EDUCATION EVERYONE

Not customer service at all. Used to be a great store. The older lady with the short hair and tattoos on forearm has no customer service at all. The two bad incidents I’ve had at the store have involved her one way or another. I would say Roger has no customer service at as well but for the fact he didn’t even come out of his back office I don’t even know if there’s a Roger at that location or if she made it up. Not that they care but will take my business to Home Depot. Anyone want to buy craftsmans tools? Need to buy new ones from Home Depot.

Love my Lowes!
6/1/2024: Still love my Lowe’s in Kyle. They could t find my number in their system which was disappointing. Wide variety of plants and flowers.

On a recent visit to Lowes I found that if you are looking to do some shopping without interference from pushy store staff then Lowes is the place. Most everything I was looking for I found at Lowes and even some things I wasn't looking for. Unfortunately, I didn't find the tool chest I was hoping to purchase, it seems Lowes is only carrying Craftsman tool boxes and no longer carry their trademark blue Lowes tool boxes. Overall, Lowes is a good place to find just about anything for your household repairs or remodeling.

You really need to hire people that want to work Not one that just want to show up for a paycheck. Try to get 2 things cut there twice now and everybody says we can't do it. We're not allowed to do it. Then why have the equipment there to cut glass and Lumber.

I had a bad experience here. On the side of Sheetrock.
I arrived and talked to a young man. I told him that I wanted to bring 40 sheets of Sheetrock and that I had the trailer out here.
I didn't know anything about the young man's Sheetrock.
He told me that he would go look for a person to bring the Sheetrock to the trailer. I was waiting for almost 1 hour and the young man never arrived.
More workers passed by the place and he didn't even bother to ask if everything was okay.
I had to go somewhere else to buy the Sheetrock!!

Shopping experience was great. Isiah, Sam, Ken and Mike were fantastic. A little computer issue but they worked it out quickly and with a smile. Best price I could find on the item.
