We’ve been using this location for a few years now and while they used to be our pick, I don’t think we will return. Multiple errors in the submission of our return were not met with an eager response to correct. If we had not pointed out the mistake, it likely would have gone unnoticed. This is the first year we have dealt with their newest Manager, Mark and he just doesn’t seem in too much of a hurry to correct his mistakes.
We will miss seeing the lovely older couple that has been a staple to our previous visits.

First time here, from the moment I walked in everyone was very welcoming specially my tax preparer Bill he was amazing!!Great customer service he went above and beyond to explain the tax process being that it was my first time filling my taxes. I definitely recommend this place.

William Jaycox is the man to go to for any of your out of state tax needs!!! He and his staff were very friendly and patient throughout my tax process. It is located on the right hand side of the IH-35 after the car wash can’t miss it! They also offer a $50 referral discount! Take advantage of the referral discount and if you want your taxes done right the first time go to them! They’re fast and efficient service changed me from turbo tax!
