Kidz Korner was there for us when we were in a bind without care (post covid)for our 2 year old We ended up going there for a year until he started preschool near our home.Their Director, Franchesca, and her staff were always kind and patient with my son and his special needs. Our son is 4 now and still loves it when we occasionally use this center for drop in care.

I love this place and my, and child does to. He is always happy and excited when I drop him off. Emily is awesome with the kids. I can see they feel safe and love by her because the kids will cling to her when it’s early morning drop offs. I’m glad my child enjoys his daycare and his teacher.

My son has been attending Kidz Korner for the last 2 years! We have been there since Francesca was manager, some inbetween managers and now we have Emily!Emily has been amazing and loves being with the children. She’s been such a help with potty training, outside of daycare she watches my son. Anytime we’ve had issues, she has addressed them.Since she’s been there I feel way more comfortable dropping my son off. There have been a few teachers we weren’t fans of, but the kids always seem pretty cheerful! There have been times were I’ve come in and it was chaotic but they are kids so it’s expected! There was a price increase but honeslty it’s still cheaper than most places around. My son loves the parties they throw for holidays, always asks for the piñatas! She has shown up to every party we’ve invited to her, she truly cares for her students and my son couldn’t be more blessed with his teacher!

Stay away! These people truly don’t care about your children. They had my children playing outside in the cold while they had been asking to go inside due to being too cold. They told them no. STAY AWAY

I was hesitant at first to leave my babies here with all of the negative reviews. You can tell that there has been trouble here in the past. As a previous SAHM I didn’t realize there was such a wait for childcare and had no options when I went back to work. I can personally attest that the last few months my kids have been there, it’s been really good. There seem to be a lot of changes happening currently and the current teachers there are really good with the kids. My youngest is hard to please and when I pick up the kids they are happy and excited from having a good time at daycare. The other kiddos are really kind and if there is ever an issue they call you immediately and hand you a paper report to bring home. Luckily, I’ve only had that happen a few times and just from kids being kids. It’s a learning experience for them all. They have a daily schedule that they follow, tuition includes all meals + snacks and they do nap time for the young ones at the same time everyday. I know there are much more “prestigious” childcare options out there - but for parents on waitlist and in a jam, or just to drop off and have YOU time - I would recommend. Only reason for four stars is because the space itself could use some updating, but my priority is the care of the kids.

This review was for Aug 2022. When I dropped off my son, he did seem to like the place, more so because he did get to play with other children.I did pay for 3 days but only ended up only using it for 1 day since my son had gotten sick (maybe from the food served, but unsure). Since we only used 1 day for child care, I was in consistent on trying contact with the owner since I needed a refund for the other 2 days not used.I called, left voicemails, sent a text.Ultimately she never responded to me directly but did respond to my husband. It was literally 2 weeks until she finally responded even to my husband contact.I will say their communication skills are very POOR. When I first tried to register my son they never answered the phone. I had to drive and literally go to the care site and continue since no one answered the phone.I asked my son how he liked it he said it was ‘ok’ so I’m guessing if you’re really in a tight bind. This could be a last resort but hopefully contact won’t be an issue in the future for future parents that need help every once in awhile.

My baby loves KidzKorner. He has been coming here since he was 4 months and is now 15 months. He has learned so much while being here. Working and being a mom is hard, but it definitely helps when you get to see your baby happy and well taken care of!

Staff was friendly and professional. Environment was clean. Other kids were helpful, sweet, and well behaved for the teacher. They give report cards with very detailed info. Affordable hourly rates! My toddler had a blast! I am quite impressed. We will be coming back.

I've been taking my kids to this facility for 3-4 weeks now. Every week my I'm told one of children has vomited while there. Mind you they made no complaints of stomachs hurting before or after they leave. I had to leave work early today because my oldest was vomiting and had a fever. Again he was FINE when I dropped him off.On my first visit I was unsure about this facility due to the lack of cleanliness. Not to mention the "Outdoor play-area" is not bigger than and apartment patio and it's filled with rocks.. These things were "Red flags" from day one, but as a single working mom I couldn't be too picky. However after this last incident my children will not be returning to this facility.Id also like to mention they are understaffed. I went to pick my sons up last week and stood in the lobby for over 5 mins before I saw an ADULT. I could have grabbed my kids from the open window in the play area and just left. She was in the back doing dishes. I personally feel in this environment there should NEVER just be one adult. What if she had to go to the restroom? What if she passed out? Then what? They also rarely answer the phone, which as a parent is a big concern. Not to mention unprofessional as a business.I'm not going to say don't bring your kids here, I'm just saying from my personal experience, my children will not be returning, and I will not recommend this business to friends with small children.

I've been taking my daughter here for about a year now. She loves several of the teachers and about leaps out of my arms to get to them. She's comfortable with them, the hours are flexible with my crazy work schedule, and they call me whenever there is an issue. I've popped in at random times a few times for pick ups and never had any issues.

I was nervous to put my first baby into childcare, but so far my 7 month old seems pretty content when I pick him up. Everyone has been very nice and they give me a report on when he slept, ate, and got changed. The pricing is reasonable, and hours flexible.

Aggresive and rude staff, I've "popped in" a few times during our regular work week, and each time was disappointing. My oldest child never says that he does not like people or places, he has never disliked a daycare facility or staff before (he usually LOVES "school"), but he would repeatedly say that he disliked this facility and the "teachers" as well. My youngest would always be crying in a highchair and his face and mouth covered in snot--never food on the tray. I've taken pictures of how he looks each day that I pick him up--snot, scratches on his face, sobbing. This facility had our entire family stressed, versus providing us peace of mind--especially for the cost. I ended up having to resign from a supervisor position and stay home with my children again until they're school-age. As a parent, you feel those "red flags" that are impossible to ignore, and you feel them here almost immediately. Over time, you'll start to notice that your instinct was right here! I do not recommend this daycare, and my children will never return here, not even for hourly care. Ask for the teachers and staffs requirements to work there, ask to see the active video cameras, and also ask to see their "outdoor area" and gravel before you sign your children up here. I will proactively turn away anyone who might be thinking of using this facility!

I do not recommend this place if you don’t want your babies to be left to cry.See below what I wrote them:I am concerned about my infant being left to “cry it out” today 5/1/19 between 7:00-7:40pm. I took my 3 daughters in for care during my gym time. After I picked my girls up the 9 & 4 year old proceed to tell me how the baby was left to cry and the caregivers were talking to each other during this time. My daughters alsoMentioned how the caregiver kept saying in a mean tone “no reason to cry” during the time my baby was crying. My baby was sobbing for 1 hour after I picked her up so that shows how much my baby cried during that time. I was very excited to take my girls there during my gym time but I will not put my daughters in this negligent care. I will also not be recommending your services as I am very disappointed.
