I lowered my rating of Kid to Kid, since they no longer offer cash for clothes you sell to them, only store credit. Also, I'm not happy with their return policy. Things seemed to have changed.

This is the BEST kid to kid I’ve ever been to! If I’m traveling for work, I make sure to use my personal time to shop at a Kid to Kid. This one has the best selection, smartest use of space, and wide variety of inventory of any I have visited.

This place is not friendly nor do they have a decent selection of boys clothing or items. They don't buy any thing, I had mostly name brand stuff. This place is trash, don't waist your time. Go to Once upon a Child or sell/donate to someone in need.
UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER: I in fact have shopped at your location (Kyle), bought two or 3 items when my son was 3 months old now 13 months old. We've since been two seperate times to sale our items both times we weren't greeted and the second time the lady with the glasses which I suspect is you (the owner) was very rude to not only my husband and I but the patron you were on the phone with as well. Customer service is part of your business, something this establishment lacks of. I will not take my review down because it is accurate and I'm allowed to voice my review. Thank you have the day you deserve. ❤️

In the beginning we spent a lot of money here. It went from good deals to just not worth it. Too many times their prices have been marked higher than the price listed on the actual store tag that is still attached to the clothes. They want too close to retail for outdated items. They've also been outed in local groups for offering to donate what they don't buy, only to turn around and sell the items that were just too unfit for them to purchase. You are much better off joining bst groups on Facebook. Even with paying for shipping it ends up being a better deal. Especially if you're wanting a deal for name brand clothes. Staff also seems to be an issue and they lack customer service skills.

The older lady with glasses is rude and has 0 people skills. Seemed like the others working around her need to tolerate her from their looks and attitude.It’s a kid place I don’t go for the customer service. If you look around you will find some good deals my wife and I have got fair value for trades and purchasing clothes. Just thought something needs to be done this lady has numerous complaints. We were told 3 hours to get our sale appraised. We show up 3 hours later and the old lady says 20 mins so we
Wait still nothing. Then another tells us 2-3 more hours. So we leave drive home 20 mins as soon as we get home they call me…we go back and only was $10 worth of clothes next time we will go to the Austin one they are nicer and usually buy more.

Customer Service needs much improvement or to look for another job that makes you happy. We look to donate most items, instead they're quick to say no we don't take that. I'll take my items to goodwill next round. I'd give a zero review I could!

Every time I go when the older woman with glasses and grey hair works, they never take any clothes. She makes faces of disgust when looking at the items. When she isn’t there, they take most of my clothes. It’s really odd because I bring a lot with tags on them and they are not on the “not buying list”.

Was visiting from out of town and decided to check out this location since I'm a fan of Kid to Kid in my city. Personnel was not inviting. I was not greeted when I was in ( which whatever, not a huge deal) but I was never acknowledged even though I was in there at least 15 minutes. Personnel never offered any assistance or spoke to me. Most of the clothes was very worn and incredibly overpriced. Prices were close to double what I would pay in Houston.
