H-E-B is an amazing grocery store but some of the employees/partners are EXTRA AMAZING!!! We HAVE TO write a review for an OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, EXCELLENT employee/partner that works in the Deli department (where he gets his sliced turkey). His name is TOSIN... Tosin is such an amazing person! He always goes out of his way to say Hi to us & ask how we're doing! Tosin deserves to be recognized & for H-E-B to know what an asset he is to your company! We actually go straight to the deli counter when we come in now because of his outstanding customer service with us & everyone he comes in contact with while shopping at your store. “I stopped by this Walmart this morning around 8:30 am. I was really pleased with what I saw. I have not been happy with Walmarts use of the self checkout machines. Many times when I would visit in the past they were the only thing available( no people cashiers). Today was different. The store was clean, and the employees were busy restoking shelves..etc... I observed 3 or 4 employees asking customers if they could help them. There were 2 ladies working the front cash registers( actual people!!!). I am really happy to see the store looking so good. KUDOS to the person or people responsible for these positive changes.”

“I have never been in a DOLLAR GENERAL, thinking they are more like a dollar store that sells trinkets. Nothing can be further than the truth. I went to my regular H‑E‑B haunt in search of eggs, they were out. Then, in a whim I tried this store. They are like a mini grocery store. Fresh eggs, milk , butter, bread, and every other kind of grocer item, and at pretty good prices. Mind you, the selection is limited due to the constraints of the store size, but they carry some pretty good brands, not knock-off typical dollar store fare. It's quick to shop & quick to check out.”

“These are the people from your neighborhood. I avoid Walmart and HEB at all costs to pick up what I can at DG. Inevitably I have to stock up at a box store, but DG has all the little things you need to avoid that nightmare as much as possible. Always reasonable prices and friendly staff!”
