Great service by front office. We called ahead and there was no wait. X ray technician was very personable and a Marine. Dad’s a vet and was excited to talk to him. Nurse and Physicians Assistant was awesome too. Quick care, x rays , diagnosis and foot wrap and boot completed fast. Great care team !!

I was greeted with politeness. I was in the exam room within 30 minutes. The nurse was thorough and the doctor saw me and diagnosed my issue as n 2 minutes, sent prescription in to be filled, printed my visit document and sent me on my way.

I came to this same facility a few months ago for the exact same procedure. I was charged $181.52, out of $370 total. This time I was told that I owed the total amount of $335.12. I paid this whole amount because I had to. I have the exact same insurance I’ve had for over 3 years. My question is why am I being charged a different amount now than before?
