I want to give a shout out to Stephanie the cashier who took the time to explain to a customer that was really not understanding the coupon she was trying to use. The customer felt she was entitled for her discount. With a line long as Walmarts parking lot she continues. Mrs Stephanie handled her with ease as the customer continued to ask for her name and corporate information... My suggestions to the lady who was being dumb,STOP IT... WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS...

I went to return a pair of shorts I purchased for $3.00 as they were the wrong size. The manager Liz only offered to refund me $2.44 because the shorts were on sale. I polietly asked why I was recieving less than I paid for because I had the reciept and was under the impression that I would get back what I spent on those shorts. She told me to "calm down" when I wasnt even yelling or being disruptive. I just told her that I wanted back what I had originally paid for them 4 days ago. Liz kept telling me and intrupting me while talking saying"she cant" I don't think its fair that now they were on sale 4 days later that now I can no longer recieve what I paid for back. She was teaching another employee how to do a return. I think its very wrong that she was teaching her how to be rude and not accomadate a unhappy customer. Im not sure how she is still in a manager postion, if she is not even willing to help her customers out. I am not a happy customer. I drove to the next family dollar and explained the situation and Rod at the family dollar by the 21 was very understanding and gave me my full amount back. Rod was defiantly a fresh of breath air he is a perfect example of what someone working in customer service should be like. Liz should learn how to treat and speak to customers if she wants to continue working in retail. Liz is clearly burnt out and hates her job having to deal with customers. I have never been treated that way and I hope she does not continue treating others that way.
