They have had our brand new camper to fix the warranty issue since the end of November. we needed our camper at the end of February . it was not ready so we had to make different plans because they had to "order parts". Well we need it for Spring Break. we called today to remind them we need it on Wednesday. We called and they said again "waiting for parts". Every time we call it is the Sam. We have asked the service manager, John to call us he he will not call us back. I will not go back to this company to buy a RV. They lie to us and don't call back. This company in Buda is awful.

I saw a travel trailer on Facebook I was interested in, messaged the person that posted it. After going thru 10 minutes of message request I finally found out it was Blue Compass in Buda that had it. I am an hour away from the dealership but I had to go to Buda late that week so I stopped by. I walked into the dealership a gentleman coming out ask if he could help me, I said I was there to look at a travel trailer. He said let me get you a salesman. He disappeared around the corner I stood there about 10 minutes without a single sole coming to help me despite there being two guy in an office cutting up and playing on a computer. A week later the guy from Facebook sent me a message " What happened Troy I thought you were a cash buyer". When I contacted the manager he was more interested in getting me to buy an Rv not his employ's actions. He said he would talk to his employee and tell to not contact me again. His employee contacted me two more times because the manager left the building without saying a word to said employee.

Once you buy you are on your own. Pretty sad. Been trying to get keys for outside compartments for two years. Salesman promised keys and a drawer for outside compartment. NOTHING!!

We are so pleased with our salesman, Jarrett. His personality and the way he presented the different units was perfectly explained as he showed us around. We appreciate his helpfulness and non pressure sales technique. If he was a high pressure guy we would have left. He is 5 star!

Avoid At All Cost!Site closed moved to Buda, TxI had an abysmal experience with Explore USA RV. The customer and sales service were absolutely horrendous. I was sold a lemon of an RV, and despite it being over a year, it's still not fixed. The number of times I've been lied to by their staff is beyond belief. The lack of accountability and follow-through is astonishing. The whole ordeal has been a nightmare, and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly disappointing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Steer clear of Explore USA RV unless you're in the market for broken promises and endless frustration.Water heater was supposed to be replaced prior to delivery and wasn't... doesn't work on electric.*Furnace - Floor blowing up like a balloon*No Heat in bedroom*Shower drain leaking under RV in storage area.*Shower door shattered during transport*Installed washer and dryer shaking alot*Laundry Hamper Door Fell Off*Bedroom closet shelf Fell Off*Bed hydrolic Master lifts broken/fell off*RV delivered without Refrigerator lock, now has dents.*Water line under RV leaking on kitchen slider - guessing from refrigerator line.*Island sink leaking*Island has water damage to bottom*Slide carpet is completely stained with glue from manufacturer and was told it would be cleaned or replaced.. wasn't.*Window screens falling off*Cabinet Doors Falling off*Love seat not set in place.. moves*Third AC continually just turns off and on no matter the setting.*Trims falling off*Skylight plastic on both fell offOutside:*Awning has a small cut in it at the edge.. so don't want to use it. They were never opened all the way before purchasing because of the location you all had it in.*Tires - Notified prior to delivery they were bad.. they were not changed.*Replaced a total of 12 screws around fenders and siding.*Front hatch doesn't Lock.*Leveling jacks appear to be leaking hydraulic fluid.*Both right side lift doors are falling off master lift arms.*The MORryde slide out tray wasn't even bulted in... Only had one screw holding the entire thing in place.

Steve was wonderful. I arrived early and he met me at the door to walk me through the trailer. He answered all my questions and called tech to come check on some things that weren’t working. A pleasant and informative meeting

Before purchase - The team was calling all the time, every day, giving a lot of attention.After my purchase - No support. No calls back. No answers. I am waiting for a replace tv maybe for 2 months already, and I am still without a living room tv in my new 2024 RV. So, what is the purpose to buy and invest so much money in something that you can't have support to fix simple issues like that?

Great folks here! Purchased a used 2021 Coachmen Apex Ultra Lite. Special thanks to Mike, Craig and Steve and rest of crew for making this transaction actually enjoyable for me and KoKo. Great price and excellent service. All went well with the purchase, however, when I came back a few days later to pick up the unit after the 50 point inspection of the unit someone had dropped the ball on the cleaning and detailing of the camper. But when they realized the error, it was immediately all hands on deck to get it done and they did a great job! They were in the process of moving from there old location and normal operations were still in the process of being put in place, so the hiccup was understandable.

We purchased a Prowler RV last year. We had so many problems with it since day one when we drove off the lot and went on our first trip out. We returned it for service/repair after the trip and it took months (most of the summer) due to approvals required since it was still under warranty.Our 2nd trip was going well until we noticed the wallpaper slowly peeling off. The toilet was leaking so we called a local company for service. The service guy was very helpful and answered many of my questions. The following day, our frig stopped working and the shower began to fill with water even though sensors did not indicate a full gray tank.Since service department was closed on Sunday, we spoke to the manager who told us that the service manager would contact us today…still waiting.

Had a great experience purchasing my first RV at Blue Compass RV! Boone was patient with my initial uncertainty about which one to buy and very knowledgeable in answering my questions and recommendations for everything I need to get me up and camping. BUYER BEWARE:Bought a brand-new unit in April 2023, as soon as the unit was delivered to our lot, we started to realize why they wanted to push this unit on us.Day 1: Faulty Refrigerator, P-trap disconnected that drained sink water all on the floor and damaged the cabinets, laminate peeling on all cabinets, window cornice board fell, decals peeling, water leaking in kitchen every time you showerWeek 1: Bedroom Roof leaks, screws, metal fragments and other scraps discovered under all beds and cushionsMonths 1-2: Slide-out roof damaged and sagging, swollen from A/C dripping on roof in the sun, NO RAIN CAUSED THIS!Sink fell out in the kitchen, damaged countertops from the water that got under the sink into the particle board, Wall corner board strip fell off, refrigerator still faulty.EXPLORE USA's answer? Bring it in for diagnosis, can take weeks to get approval for repairs from manufacturer and parts.Manufacturer's answer? Won't repair anything since the dealer didn't maintain the unit while it was in their possession. Also, that the unit was not designed for full-time living and it can void the warranty. Dealer knew we were purchasing as full-timers and secured financing as such, which resulted in a high interest loan, but NEVER INFORMED US THAT THIS UNIT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR FULL-TIME USE AND THAT IT CAN VOID THE WARRANTY.BEWARE OF EXPLORE USA (BLUE COMPASS RV)! THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND DO NOT MAINTAIN OR BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS.They also advertise one price, and tack on a lot of fees to make it almost double the price. We came for a $28K unit, walked away with $40K in debt, and can't get things repaired after only a few months of use.Then they text us after 1 week of purchase to advertise the same exact unit reduced by $8,000. But when we purchased ours, we had asked to see other units and they lied to us stating that this was the last one. You can imagine our surprise when they advertised another unit that was the same as ours for way less! Scammed us into buying a bad unit because they were having trouble getting rid of it. As they said in writing, they are having to deeply discount them to get rid of them...and won't be carrying them anymore!

Our salesperson Jarrett was amazing! He was very polite, very knowledgeable and never once made us feel pressured to purchase. He understood what we were looking for and what we didn't want. We would absolutely come back to buy again and work with him!

Ruben and Holly were amazing to work with. Ruben took the time to show us RVs that fit our needs and was friendly and helpful- we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Holly took care of financing and worked with the lenders to keep our payments where we wanted them, and walked us through the process and steps we needed to take so we could get our dream rig. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful, and within 3 days we were signing papers. I am so glad we found Blue Compass RV!
