I’m not typically one to write reviews but my experience at the Kyle evo tonight was extremely disappointing and I felt the need to share. We had bought movie tickets to coraline showing at 11:00 pm online, we got stuck in traffic and ended up getting to the front door around 11:15 11:20 and the doors were locked. We weren’t going to be assholes and demand they let us in because we know lots of theaters have late policies we were wanting a refund and thought they could atleast help us with that. We looked on their website to see if they said they were closed and they still said open, and we saw three employees inside who were just watching us from behind the counter while we stood outside the door for about 12 to 15 minutes looking like they were waiting for us to just walk away and leave. no one attempted to communicate or wave or tell us what was going on. A simple hey we’re closed rn can we refund you or to just let us in to the movie we payed for was all we were looking for honestly. We called three times waiting for someone to answer the phone and we watched the employees ignore it twice before a girl answered it and when we told her we had tickets to a movie at 11:00 she let us in all the staff didn’t even make eye contact with us or check our tickets or help us get 3D glasses or even tell us what theater to go into We ended up finding the glasses in the front and found the theater ourselves and had a good time watching the movie, but it was still really disappointing and sad to see such a failure with their customer service.

There were 6 of us, including my 77 year old MIL, we paid for 2 hours. We finished the first game in about an hour, we were running out of time on the second game & asked the staff to extend our time long enough to finish, which they did & it was much appreciated. Thanks EVO Bowling staff.

I've been coming here for years. When they did away with the onsite events personnel I was super unhappy. Booking parties became difficult and having someone onsite seemed to be a major perk that was soon forgotten. Q in Audree. What a clutch manager to have onsite and work with customers. Our team practice was rained out, so we took it to EVO. She was an amazing resource and made our girls day. Thank you so much Audree, because of you we'll FOR SURE be back more!
