ZERO STARS!!! My son has a double ear infection, he literally begged me to take him to the ER (he's 4), prescript was sent over about 4am, around 11:30ish they said it'll be ready an a hour. Get there bout 3ish all for them to say it's out of STOCK!! SO WHY WOULDN'T ANYONE REACH OUT (common sense)!!! TERRIBLE i will never do busy with CVS every again. AVOID KYLE CVS!!! ZERO STARS BAD SERVICE!!!

I've been using Cvs for a long time,but very disappointed now! They don't answer the phones. I went inside spoke to young lady at pick up register and she was no help at all. She just kept telling all the customers to go to the drop off isle. How can a customer that's dealing with questions and need information about there meds or insurance supposed to get help if that type of staff is working there?

I love this pharmacy they always have what I need and my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner.The staff and pharmacist have always been wonderful and treated me with respect.

For an understaffed pharmacy, the technicians do a fantastic job! They deal with a ton.. and I mean A TON of customers who want them to jump through hoops and don’t understand they are not the only patient being waited on!

I commute from Kyle to San Antonio each day for my new job. But with my new medical plan, I had two choices, either use mail order or switch from Walgreens to CVS. So today, I figured while on the road, I will call and make the transfer and avoid having to make a stop. Getting closer to home and still on hold for nearly 45 minutes, I decided to stop by, and would you believe there were no customers. I asked why would I still be on hold , yet you have no customers. His response "we are budy" wow, I can clearly see customer service is not a priority. I clearly made a mistake. He made the decision fairly easy for me, I will be going to mail order.

This pharmacy is so ridiculous. Our doctor called in an RX for our son and instead of notifying us or the doctor they just waited til my husband came in then told him "it's out of stock, it'll be in stock tomorrow." No offer to transfer it or help at all. I called them and the guy had a huge attitude with me, and said no CVS has this VERY COMMON antibiotic in stock- even though this isn't the medicine our doctor said was "in a shortage." The guy with the sparkling personality told me I should "just transfer it to HEB". Listen, I understand it's the holidays and you're slammed. I know customer service jobs suck but you're messing with people's health here. If that RX is out of stock the doctor and I should've been notified immediately. So me and the HEB pharmacy did the legwork to get the medicine transferred because they are magically not "out of stock". To top this off their hours are weird and they are closed at inconvenient times, terrible at sending notifications on refills, and not helpful at all in person or via phone.

Their hours are never clear. They are gone for lunch, though they don't post those hours online and that's a super convenient time for people to be picking up prescriptions. It's always a bit of a hassle with this cvs.

One of the worse pharmacies I've been to. My family and i are new to the area and my daughter's pediatrician had sent her prescription to a different pharmacy and when I arrive they informed me that they didn't accept my daughters insurance so they told me to go to CVS and they would transfer my prescription I called CVS and they told me that they would call the other pharmacy so they could transfer my daughter's prescription and fill it. well when I went into the pharmacy they told me that they only had one of my daughters meds which wasn't the one that she need it right away I showed her where my doctor had prescribe my daughter two different medication and the tech was so rude stating that I would have to call the other pharmacy so that I could confirm that they had the other prescription so that I can let CVS know that they had it, very very rude, unprofessional.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Terrible service; slow, and understaffed. The tech at the front is rude and condescending (I don't know his name because I don't care to look but he's a tall, lanky idiot). The pharmacist is obviously overworked as I've never seen her lift her head from whatever she's doing. I'm genuinely surprised there is a review that says they filled a prescription quickly because that has never been my experience with this location. The only reason I go to CVS in the first place is because my insurance won't cover the cost of my medication elsewhere (what a scam). I'm almost at the point where I would rather pay full retail price than return to this sad excuse for a pharmacy. Seriously, if you don't want to leave angry, don't go here. Also, don't bother calling; you'll be on hold for no less than 10 minutes. This location is as awful as the people working there. 0/10 would not recommend.
