I am a loyal Chase banker. At this particular location I've received nothing but amazing customer service, and fast and easy support. This location is pretty busy, but I understand the reason!

If I could give them 0 I would. They have the worst customer service here. I have banked with chase for over thirty years and I refuse to go back to this bank after what they've done today. All I had to do was get a simple signature for a notary. Instead, the woman who was supposed to do it set me down and went and spoke for thirty minutes with somebody else about a starting a new business account. Mind you that people that were starting the business account came in after I did. So I was left to sit in her desk While she helped someone else, who was speaking to another teller, to begin with. Apparently, my notary wasn't important enough for her to actually pay me any attention. This is not the first incident i've had at this bank.Their customer service is always horrible.I never recommend using this branch

Do NOT sign up for a My Chase plan. It is a scam, it does not save you money. I ended up paying so much more towards the balance even after I paid off the plan, and their representatives couldn't tell me why, just told me to pay more money

The attention of the employees who work here is very good, they are very friendly. But they take too long to serve customers, they only have 3 workers and they have to attend to the inside windows, the self-service windows, and the new accounts. They need to hire more staff.

Please find a way to have ATM’s outside that you can walk to and disperse hundreds.

Never had a problem here, all the staff is nice and helpful. Reading the reviews just sounds like a bunch of people who don't know the rules banks have to abide by. Or complaining about the ATM being down, which is maintenanced by external people, or is giant line, like damn how much do y'all use an ATM, I've only needed one once in the last two years.

Horrible customer service! Lost a customer because you didn't take the time to help my 80 year old aunt open a checking account or bother taking 2 minutes to call another branch.

This bank is always closed at lunch time, has rude clerks, they don’t answer no questions or help you with informationThis bank just needs to close if people don’t wanna work there don’t go to work and ruin other peoples day.

Stopped at this branch at 4 in the morning to get cash on my way to the AUS airport. ATM kept saying it couldn't process my transaction. Received an email a couple days later that "Action was Required" on my ATM card because of fraud. Called Chase Customer Service and they said nothing was wrong with my card (not what the email said??). They said it was a problem with the ATM machine. So now I am on my trip with the nearest Chase Bank being 95 miles away with no cash. Total BS?

I have never had good customer service at this location. There is a reason it has a 2 star rating on here. Avoid this location at all costs, if you are in need of a bank in the Kyle area go somewhere else.

Withdrew money and it gave me a ripped $20. I tried taking it back but the ATM wouldn't take the ripped $20 it just gave me. Trash bank.

Can't get anyone on the phone during regular business hours, even though main Chase 800 number is directing me to work with a branch to resolve an issue with a local check they've had on hold for 6 business days (funds have been withdrawn from the other bank, but they say they "can't verify"). The recording at the branch directs back to the 800 number. Horrible customer service, all around. I am going to cancel ALL of my Chase accounts, including my CC.
