I recently called to inquire about a paint correction. Under their offered services in Google. They claim to offer all kinds of services. But when I called them a lady told me they only did collision repairs.
6/3/24- I see there still has not be a correction on the services that you offer. I came here to remove this One star review. But I'll leave it posted until the correction is made.

Nothing but the best to the team. I got constant updates on the status of my truck repair, step by step. My truck came out spotless. All doors and moving parts lining up clean and plum. All gaps remained aligned. Paint job spotless. And excelent staff. Holly helped me out throughout the hole process.

I needed some body work done on my 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback. Classic Collision got it done quickly and put everything back together very nicely. Louie was the one that helped me and he was good at communicating with me during the entire process.

Choosing to do business with Classic Collision has been the worst experience with an establishment that I've ever had. The quality of repairs done to my vehicle has been abysmal. Classic Collision has been trying to correct the repairs on my vehicle for over a year. The initially repaired my vehicle and had it for months. When they were "finished" with my vehicle, it was missing several crucial pieces on the front end, which they said were delayed in coming in. They never called to let me know when the parts came in and ignored my calls in attempt to get the repairs completed. As soon as I picked up my car, the mud guards scraped on the highway and I had to drive it right back. Then later, my new emblem flew off in the wind while driving. Several trim pieces were missing, more damage was done to the vehicle while in their possession, like chipping my headlight and refusing to take responsibility for the damage. They used all after-market parts that visibly do not match the car and look ridiculous. The hood hangs off an extra inch and they insist it is the correct hood and properly installed. They have continuously billed my insurance with supplement after supplement, adding up to a total that is higher than the amount of the vehicle's worth, causing my insurance rates to now skyrocket. The vehicle should have been totaled, but they fought with insurance to continue receiving supplemental payments, totaling over $17,000. After agreeing to fix the initial repairs, the vehicle has been with them almost another two months and the repairs look even more ridiculous the second time around. The good reviews for this business are for the former business, which they bought out, AMM. AMM was fantastic and did great work, but Classic Collision does not even compare to them and they do not deserve to keep the glowing reviews that AMM earned. Beware of Classic Collision!

Worst experience ever. They charged our insurance company over 16 thousand dollars and our vehicle spent months there and here we are a year later still trying to get it fixed right and they had it for another month and they just keep fixing it worse.Beware.

UPDATE:::: The regional director stepped in and made the situation right the best he could including providing me transportation to work when I went in to pick up my car and it still wasn't ready. The GM also delivered my car to my job once the car was ready, and they have done so much to make this better. Customer service was top notch to make it right. Thank you Kam, Chris and team at Classic Collision Kyle.Worst experience I've ever had. I'm never bringing my car here again. My Mazda has been held hostage here for 6 weeks. They mixed up the estimate submission with Allstate, blamed allstate instead of owning their mistakes. Because of the mix up the claims were not approved in a timely matter because insurance over paid me. Now IA was involved so everything has taken so much longer. She told me 2 1/2 weeks to fix, it has been 6. I was supposed to get my car back today, and I'm still getting notifications from Allstate about info the shop is STILL submitting like what else is there to submit? I'm supposed to be picking up today! Now I have to talk to Allstate again. The one person who has been helping me, Hollie, says she is finally taking a PTO day today her "first one this year" and that the GM is going to handle it with me. She is the one that mixed up the claims. Told me an incorrect timeline. And has been going back and forth with me for the month and a half long process. Meanwhile rental costs have been out of pocket for those 6 weeks that should have been 3, and all they have to say is sorry. We have sympathy for your situation. So because none of this is figured out still, there is a holiday on Monday and the one person who actually "knows" what's going on in my claims is taking PTO today, now I have to have a rental 4 days longer than I should've. Which if you're curious has been about $1100 for rentals over the course of this without the 4 extra days. This has been extremely frustrating time consuming and just not handled professionally. I am a paying customer. I chose to bring my car to this shop when there are many others to choose from. And I feel like I am bothering them just to get my car back. After it has taken twice as long as it should have. Ridiculous. Do not bring your car here. Unless you have months to be without a vehicle, or you want your insurance claims to be incorrectly handled.

Beware Classic Collision!I am so upset about my car right now!Last winter I traveled to SE Asia for a few months. Left my car with my step brother. Of course he gets into a minor fender bender (stuff happens). He calls USAA and they recommend a "preferred" provider called "Classic Collision" in Kyle, TX. They drop off the car. I get back home and notice the car isn't running right. I inspect the car and discover the drivers side headlight is recessed about 1'4-1/2 under the hood. it's obvious. I go back to Classic Collision and go over the car with them. The bumper and fender have a gap in them to where I can actually see the clips. Paint overspray. The engine shroud for the drivers side wheel well is missing. No alignment was done. A disaster!I call USAA and they send the regional adjuster (Jeff) and we look at the car together at the shop. He told me that the shop had used aftermarket parts so he had them order a new Subaru OEM bumper. We listed all that was wrong and I was promised a quick turnaround.Fast forward and I get the car back. It looks worse! Now the fender isn't flush with the bumper. Still a huge uneven gap. I'm not feeling any love lets say. I call back USAA. They order a Subaru OEM drivers side quarter panel and I go over the paint mistakes. The lady at the shop (Hollie) is trying to gaslight me again. I just tell her to "stop it"! Now the passenger side wheel trim is missing. Again, pretty hard to argue when you never reassembled the vehicle correctly.Went to pick up the car today. The fender isn't even flush with the door. The gaps are still there. Paint bubbles on the fender. caked on paint under the headlights (they painted without removing them). the replaced trim is 2' too short and applied unevenly. The shop manager (Chris) comes out and tries to gaslight me some more. Says he was doing me a favor by "getting me in" on short notice this week. It doesn't happen often, but I lost my temper. Maybe waiting outside in 105 degrees for these fools didn't help.I ask him about his "major malfunction"? I asked him what planet he's from where this is acceptable so I can send him a postcard. he starts back at me when I notice "hey dude, where are the rivets to my wheel well shroud? He was speechless. I was getting angry.I said "congratulations dude", you're three out of three for forgetting to reassemble parts on my car. You call yourself a professional? You're the manager. The problem ain't with your staff. the problem is YOU bro!i fire them and call my boy Jeff back at USAA. I come clean and tell him I'm not really proud of how I behaved, but I was being snowed.he was cool about it. I asked him who he would send HIS car to here in the Austex area. He mentioned he had "juice" with Continental Collision (Hwy 183 & S Lamar), all certified Subaru techs. These guys call me back and are like "damn bro". They tell me they read the report and that Classic Collision omitted at least 7 steps from the repair process, not even mentioning the poor work.I'm dropping off my car with these guys on Tuesday at 10:00am. They gonna have Starbucks and a loaner for me waiting. I'm feeling a bit vindicated at this point, but still tilted AF.Point is, I'm a pro and stood up to these guys. They're playing a numbers game and don't expect to get challenged by most people. especially working moms and those that don't know cars and how this industry works. If you have had Classic Collision work on your vehicle(s) in the past, I'd take a close look at what they did / did not do. I feel confident they are charging for alot of work they aren't performing. The kicker is that this is a chain of body shops and USAA ain't happy with paying for three repairs for the same thing on one car. I hope they audit these guys and see what a disaster they truly are. I'm just so sick and tired of mediocrity at this point. I'm tired of having to arg

My advisor Louie was very professional and courteous everytime we interacted. OEM parts were used which really made my day. The repair made it seem as if nothing ever happened and I got it fresh off the lot. I'll come back for sure should the unfortunate happen to me again.Services: Painting
