Love our post office and the staff. I try to get to know most of them by first name basis. They are so kind and always very helpful and my kids love Robert, he is the best! Thanks for all you do!

Worst hours. Closes at 4pm on weekdays before anyone can get off work… And only open on Saturdays for 2 hours. They were closed almost an entire week during the holidays…

*UPDATE: The package never got there..or so I've been told...but I can't prove delivery because the tracking number was marked as delivered to KRUM! UGH! Im so annoyed! So I'll be issuing a refund and never using this post office location again.Mailed two packages going to separate locations, one to Massachusetts one tp Tennessee. They put the same address in for both packages. I got two different tracking numbers, but didn't know which tracking number was for which package. I called...they said they fixed it, but one of the tracking numbers indicated that it was Delivered the same day...to KRUM. My customer checked her tracking number I provided, she thought it was delivered and because she didn't have it she thought the package was lost and wanted a refund. Let's hope it gets there.Think I'll just pay a little extra and drive into Denton and go to Pack and Mail from now on

I was supposed to have a package yesterday, from SHEIN. On SHEIN, it says out for delivery from Krum. it has said this since yesterday morning which was 40+ hours ago. i got an email from SHEIN saying if it wasn’t there in 24 hours to call the postal service. But i can’t, you wanna know why? bc THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED!!!!!

This office in Krum Tx doesn't even deserve one star, my packages are always lost, and they never get an answer as to where they are, terrible service, I don't know how it continues to work.

I often have packages sent to me that I have to sign for. The postal carriers very often will just leave a "sorry we missed you" card in the mailbox instead of actually knocking on my door. I'm always home when a package is due but they continue to lie about me not being home. Not to mention they are only open for TWO HOURS on Saturday!
